I think it’s also important to say that especially for guys who are starting their fitness journey or for those of us who started with a lot more extra weight that this is a journey not a summer thing. The reality is you might not be ripped by the time summer comes, it takes months of constant work. So keep working at it guys and weather you’ve lost 5 pounds or 50 pounds you’re already better than you were before.

1) Go on a calorie deficit
2) replace all your sugary soft drinks with just water .
3) Eat as slow as possible
4)Have a colorful plate ( eat more veggies)
5)Replace a snack for a fruit
6)Push weights
7)Write the reps and sets in your notes and put on a weight and get better at it everytime you walk into the gym.
8)Drink more water.
9)Get a Tan
10)Manscape

I believe I'm on the right path. (I do not have overweight, but I'm not skinny) But where I live, there's no sauna nor tanner bed and it is cold most of the year, so it is impossible to get tanned for my white milky skin.
the tip about eating before going to the store is true, i started doing it after i realized that everytime im going to the store while being hungry, im always buying shitty-unhealthy things, and after consuming them i feel disgusted of myself(same with drinks, i recommend to drink water before going to the store, beacuse there is 90% that you will buy unhealthy drink if you're going there then you are thirsty)
I have had the same. And I have turned 180 degrees.
No sugar drinks only water and sometimes only sometimes really low calorie soda drinks.
Daily bases on proteine shakes .
Drinking and eating no or less sugar helps a lot!

I stopped eating sugar by simply stocking my fridge with better options.. celery and hummus is my goto now.. but I also make sure I have bananas, sunflower seeds, mixed nuts, apricots, pineapple, and eggs. I don’t even think about candy, cookies, etc

What to do in case where i dont buy junkfood in stores etc but when parents bring home some cookies or ice cream I usually lose a battle with tempations?. We as family eat rather clean in major meals cause lovely mother knows whats good nutrition is.

From last februari I stopped drinking soda and other sugar drinks. I also taking smaller portions and watch what I eat. Drink water every day.
Taking proteine shake and greek yoghurt with fruit and oats.
I have lost almost 5kG and still going 💪🏼
Daily walk on the treadmill for at least 6km and sometimes 10km. And of course lifting weights
Everytime I say to myself GO for the goal! Go for the goal!
My stomach is smaller, my clothes fits better. Feel better overall. Almost ready for the summer.

I’m a 13 yr old that is looking to be more fit than I ever have been and this video is the perfect guide for me because I don’t do workouts but I play football and if I’m correct cardio affects every muscle in your body but I definitely won’t do the last step because as a Muslim, Shaving My hair is a sign of femininity but Ofc I will shave Down there(if you know what I mean) and I will shave my armpits cuz that’s hygienic for my body And I also take multivitamins everyday so this video is a huge W for me.
