I heard the body only absorbs around 60g of protein in a sitting with the rest being turned into waste. So with that in mind, you might want to consider redistributing your intake. The overall daily number is good but a lot of the protein in that chicken may be going to waste.
Won’t go to waste ur body can only digest a certain amount of protein per hr so it will just sit in ur stomach

Hey Jose would you recommend doing the salt water rinse before or after brushing your teeth?
Floss and maybe rinse before then brush to get excess and complete the cycle. Makes sense to me because you wouldn’t exfoliate your face after you wash it, right?
