Hi Barbara,
How the "Mean" is calculated is shown at 4:04 in the video using Excel's AVERAGE function. The "Median" is shown at 5:05 using Excel's MEDIAN function. The "Mode" is shown at 5:50 using Excel's MODE.SNGL function. This is what the video is intended to do.

hi sir, when i used the data tool analysis of the microsoft excel for ungrouped data with more than 1 mode (bimodal, trimodal or multimodal), it does not work because it cannot detect such modes of the distribution
