Politicians expand on the explanations yet rarely actually answer the question yet, usually the questions are worded in a simple yes/no format

Another career public servant who cannot justify their existence. I started work in the public service in 1980, and soon worked out what was required. There were so many people wandering around not doing anything that I was confused. Why didn't I have enough work to keep me busy, what are those people doing, I felt bad that I wasn't busy, you soon worked out how things worked. You could take days off almost at will, it was just insane. It was the biggest mistake of my working career when I left because the working conditions and superannuation were exceptional. Just look at her, you can tell she has never had a hard day in her life, just like all the other career public servants.
