Dani was under the influence of a drug called molly that was given to her by Roxy ,so Dani probably hadn't realized she called Dre.

Anyway, This is The L word with a ¨happy ending¨ and if eventually, there will be a S4, which i think there no high hopes, Dani will be looking for another girl or her new relationship will be in trouble. Happy for tibette!!! it's all the L word fans wanted since the original show!
Nothing has been confirmed on a season 4 as of yet , but this is not finished, Shane and Tess still have issues and will Finley have a good person in her life , also Alice and Tasha and Dani is in a love triangle between Roxy and Dre.
Dani deserves better ffs....
