I still remember i wanted to fill the form in the 1st day but due to financial condition i had to wait . 1700 is not so cheap for me . I believe giving rank based on such thing is a disaster to the poor😢
Age should be preferable because more age means he/she is more time given for study and Some students do smart study and Some got God gifted handling attitude but more age students selected means he work hard and devoted more time for those exams

I think there should be an Interview or second examination for students who got same number but different rank. And even also on the basis of Attempts, who clear Neet exam in first attempt, then he/she would get good rank in case of same number.
