Hi, just do one thing , go to setting and do reset your phone and then try to register your finger it should work if not then ping me.

Latest update:- Guys now just downgrade in 9.0 and register your fingerprint and then check for update from setting you will an update. so if u want you can update directly from setting no need to download android 10 file explicitly but make sure you have downgraded in 9.0 .

How to downgrade

As I heard that installing custom rom disable the full fledge knox security and also cut the e-fuse in the mobile.Does installing this do the same
Installing custom rom can also corrupt your memory also and which may dead your phone so don't do it.

Ek kaam kro ek baar service setting se reset kro agar na chale yo service center se calibration kra lo uska koi charge nhi lenge wo
Guys can u just do 1 thing, enter *#0*# in the dialpad and go to sensor hub test and put your finger on the sensor to test and also go in the sensor option and check the calibration value is showing now 0 or not, and then goto setting and try to add finger prints and then let me know.

Yes , you can but now the first step can solve your problem because when you try to download the file using samfirm then u will get the android 10 file sojust flash by using that file.

Doesn't work it, that way but i downgrade to Android 9 and registered my fingerprint then i updating my phone by OTA, that way actually works.

I suggest visit nearby service center and ask them to do calibration they have a machine which is used for calibration else wait i will share android 9 file link.

Firmware 10 you can download from the link which is given in the description and firmware 9 u will to download using samfirm tool as shown in video.
My advise is to do only downgrade for now.
