I'm only halfway through watching so far but will get in now haha. Knights with stronger links to the Mechanicum/Mechanicus, like the one you see 30 minutes in, were made primarily by part of Games Workshop appropriately called Forge World. Forge World is associated with Specialist Games; games "smaller" than Warhammer and 40k, but they also made models and minis for the big games too. Sorry it's as complex as the lore lol. To drastically oversimplify, Forge World made things for the most die hard modelers and gamers, particular bits or kits that GW might not be able to sell lots of. So while Citadel focused more and more on plastic minis 20 years ago, gradually dropping metal minis and accessories, FW made things out of the more expensive resin, and continue to do so now. I think FW are still the only makers of official 40k scale Titans and titan sized models, like the Tyranid bio titan, plus the legendary Space Marine Thunderhawk Gunship, and a truly vast Tau dropship. They also used to make Imperial Guard regiments like the Kreig, and that faction's Super Heavy battle tanks *but* - as you know from your Killteam - Citadel/GW make those in plastic now! Similarly, Forge World made loads of Horus Heresy stuff, and still make characters and some modifications, but loads of minis in the last few years have been reimagined and made in plastic, which is generally cheaper and more user friendly than resin, though it can feel like they stole FW's thunder a bit haha, and there are fewer bits for specific marine legions. Anyway, finally back to the point lol! Marines were foremost in the plastic Horus Heresy model launch, in the last few months a kind of Imperial Guard, the Solar Auxilia have had the same treatment too. Literally today, GW teased that the Mechanicum will get a plastic range too, so while this is a bunch of cyborgs and robots, it might mean some more knights at a lower price too!

Technically, because The Emperor is a perpetual he can never truly die, and if it were not for being placed upon The Golden Throne, he would eventually regenerate. No Tibs, we don't know ANYTHING about the creation of the Emperor. But what we do KNOW is that he was born from a mother and father in ancient Anatolia, which is around the area of modern day Turkey so he's eastern. We learn this from the Big E himself when he shows a Custodian a flashback of when he was busy painting as a little kid in his tribal village. He shows the Custodian the first man he ever kills which is his uncle, because he found out his uncle had murdered his father. Another thing is that the Big E can shape shift/change the way he's perceived lol. He could've been figures in history like Alexander the Great, Abraham Lincoln, Martin Luther King, King Arthur, or anyone else. He's always been there, he's just not the type of guy to need the spot light
If Emperor wants to guide humanity the most powerfull again. Why didn't he do his STC about his knowledge of techonologies during the Golden Age before he was critically injured?

Thank you, as always.
@ti8ick By the way, for understanding - the Emperor is shown as a huge man, larger than any primarch, but in fact he was the size of an ordinary person, he was just “eternal” with unimaginable psyker abilities and he influenced everyone so that he was seen as a big shining giant ))😊
One theory I've heard regarding the Man of Iron uprising is, that they wanted to eradicate Chaos, and in order to eradicate Chaos, they came to the conclusion that you had to cut it off from its source of power, which was and still is largely derived from humanity.
Why am I watching a person watching a movie... Full size series I mean, that I have seen 10 times myself already? I know: Im old and my memory is shiet :/
As a kid of 3rd edition- I was embarrassed of being collecting Warhammer because it was such a pinnacle of “Nerdy” Nower days, I’m embarrassed of being a Warhammer fan because of the fans - I’m so happy for new people to find Warhammer & share in the fun rather than “gatekeeping” new fans because of age, gender, blah blah blah - thank you for being the best of what fandom can be 😊
Something you will come to understand as you get deeper into the lore is that because of ret-con, "Everything is canon, but not everything is true." My head canon justifies this statement because there are two orders of the inquisition, one which seeks out historical facts, and another that rewrites history to propagandize the glory of The Imperium. (They get along great!)
I was expecting someone else who read to comment, but don't see it sooooo. Emperor was born on earth most likely around 4000 BC (give or take) from recent books Still not impossible to be related to old ones, but seems unrealistic from what they have put out recently. He is a perpetual. There are several perpetuals talked about in the Horus Heresy. Perpetuals don't die, and if they do "die", they regenerate. According to Dan Abnett(the guy who has written much of the better books, and several Horus Heresy books,) the Emperor is in a constant state of dying and coming back to life because of the golden throne. He more than likely would fully heal if taken off the Golden throne.
If you want to know what kind of wound the emperor received, The Book of Choyer just released an absolutely epic video on the final battle during the siege of Terra.
The first time sanguinius met his father he said that when he looks into his father’s eyes he sees the souls of many men and women so the shaman theory is most likely the right one
28:50 Imperial Knights are not life support system dreadnoughts, they are walkers piloted by regular humans and frequently switch hands as old pilots pass the knight vehicle onto their offspring like feudal nobles did titles. Barring potential exceptions I don't know of, there are no super ancient knight pilots roaming around. Their descendants, absolutely, themselves, no.

Eight years ago I quit playing WH40K and went on playing other systems . There is one Horus Heresy novel that goes a bit over the past of the Emperor , but never mentioning his name .
Luiten is the primary lore guy you should be listening to. There are other channels which are better for more focused lore. Like specific campaigns etc. But over arching lore. Luiten is your guy.
Leutien is a heretic. But i think he was loyal until his later videos. This is possibly my favorite video out of all his content. My second favorite was his inquisition series.
I always like the idea of the emperor's creation being from the realm where souls are born, in order to contain the realm of souls, the warp. Since I when you die your soul goes to the warp where does the soul come from to begin with?
I would presume that the same thing happens with the soul as with the body. A small piece of soul from the mother and father combine to form the seed of a new soul.
Correction the emperor origin is not exactly revealed it's hinted at(Unless it has come even more new information) When in like one of the first Horus Heresy books, Horus finds information that states the Emperor was born in Anatolia(modern land area of turkey). Specifically during the Persian empire. Which doesn't exactly narrow it down that much as depends on what part of persian empire you talk about. It's either between 550 BC to it's fall by Alexander the great in 330 BC or up to 660 AD.

MOAAARRRRRRR!!!
She discovered Titans. Nice.
The wound that put down the emperor in a word? Flayed
I also recommend Arbitor Ian and Majorkill who make mostly concise yet informative 40k lore videos that span from early galactic history to current events of the Indomitus Age that begun after Gulliman return. Majorkill also does videos on unique characters within the 40k universe which are quite interesting plus adding a bit of humor to the 40k setting.
The shaman theory is basically canon in all but name and is the most based one. Humans creating a being that Gods are afraid of. I love it
Luetin09 is the best warhammer 40K channel on the planet.
Another great channels are Warrior Tier (I really recommend you to watch his tributes to different factions, they are so artistic) and Amber King
Несколько раз удостоверился что услышал слово Оружейная без акцента и стал с еще большим интересом тебя слушать)
Just wait till you get to the part where the Emperor starts a break dancing crew
👀
You might like Occulus Imperia, who does lore as if its a historical record he's making. There's even an in universe story going on behind the scenes.
The biggest WH40k model is a Warlord titan that will set you back only 2000$ but is an complete army in itself.
Is there Emperor type titan in the tabletop? Like Dies Irae from Heresy
@@lord_azatoth No the Emperor has not been released as a Forgeworld model yet.
@@arnepietruszewski9255 It will cost around 3500 usd, I guess😅
@@lord_azatoth To each his own I say but I think I could buy me a 3D printer and print it myself for less.
Aynone noticed the Subsrcibe button glowing up at 12:46 when the narrator said "...I actually personally subcribed to..." Or is it just me? Pretty clever :D.
The Shaman mass suicide theory was a very old tale from a GW source book way back inthe late 80's/early 90's only in that story it happened back at the end of the 20th Century.
And it wasn't a few Shaman types but hundreds who coordinated it all amongst themselves.
Captions on the vid say "this is Luton" 🤣🤣
God-Emperor I hope not. That shits worse than than Armaggedon
This is Luton and we're living in the Age of Terror too apparently 🤣
The emperor recently went by the name Andre the giant. no one seemed to notice.
The reason i like the shaman theory is it has humans taking their destiny into their own hands as opposed to more old one shenanigans.
oh...Oh! OH! OHHHHHHH!!! ITS HAPPENING! AGAIN! AHHHHHH! GET POPCORN, CLOSE THE BLINDS, GET COZY, ITS LUETIN TIME BAYBEE, YYEEEEAAAAHHH! Man I just broke up with my gf, I can't tell you how grateful I am for today's episode of grim-dark story time...even if I've watched this whole series at least 6 times...this is a hefty blessing from the Emperor, certainly.
I like how you specifically press the Play and Pause button instead of anywhere in the screen.
Oh wow, I never noticed this myself xD If I saw someone else doing it though I would probably take them for a psychopath looooooool
@@ti8ick Is it bad that I'm a therapist? xD It's okay, normal people make no sense either. I see no heresy here.
47:20 Surely the artist must've been trying to depict a servitor having an idea, possibly even it's first. And if anyone noticed, it's last.
As a kid of 3rd edition- I was embarrassed of being collecting Warhammer because it was such a pinnacle of “Nerdy”
Nower days, I’m embarrassed of being a Warhammer fan because of the fans - I’m so happy for new people to find Warhammer & share in the fun rather than “gatekeeping” new fans because of age, gender, blah blah blah - thank you for being the best of what fandom can be 😊
Chaos is the manifestation of the emotions and thoughts of all sentient beings.
It was Lorgar's fault... Or maybe it was the Emperor's fault for failing to see the flaws when he designed Lorgar.
Something you will come to understand as you get deeper into the lore is that because of ret-con, "Everything is canon, but not everything is true."
My head canon justifies this statement because there are two orders of the inquisition, one which seeks out historical facts, and another that rewrites history to propagandize the glory of The Imperium. (They get along great!)
You wanna know why it all happened? Because the eldar just couldn't keep it in their pants.... or hands..... or mouths. You get the idea.
The Emperor's true origin story is as plagiarism of Vandal Savage.
And Vandal Savage's origin story is taking a nap next to a radioactive meteorite.
That Knight that people said is a 700€ mini is now available in plastic for a fraction that cost. Still expensive AF, but like 100€, not 700
The path of you'll walk, will never end 😂. Good luck 👍
I was expecting someone else who read to comment, but don't see it sooooo.
Emperor was born on earth most likely around 4000 BC (give or take) from recent books
Still not impossible to be related to old ones, but seems unrealistic from what they have put out recently.
Emps is my role model.
Well done. Spread the addiction among your viewers 😂 - time to develop a Slaneeshy makeup when you watch those vids...
If you want to know what kind of wound the emperor received, The Book of Choyer just released an absolutely epic video on the final battle during the siege of Terra.
Obligatory "fuck Erebus"
The first time sanguinius met his father he said that when he looks into his father’s eyes he sees the souls of many men and women so the shaman theory is most likely the right one
You should check out warrior tier Warhammer 40k time line
I've had it on my watch list for quite some time now, definitely will react to it
The God Manperor of Mankind
28:50 Imperial Knights are not life support system dreadnoughts, they are walkers piloted by regular humans and frequently switch hands as old pilots pass the knight vehicle onto their offspring like feudal nobles did titles. Barring potential exceptions I don't know of, there are no super ancient knight pilots roaming around. Their descendants, absolutely, themselves, no.
Gonna make my first Trip to Warhammer World in the Summer, can´t wait to see all those big ass Models xD. I will bring only a few Clothes and a big Bag they have a Warhammer World Store and a Forge World store there, i will spend some Money for sure XD
Eight years ago I quit playing WH40K and went on playing other systems . There is one Horus Heresy novel that goes a bit over the past of the Emperor , but never mentioning his name .
Can't wait to see if she will fall in love or hate the emperor. here we go
OK, ya me suscribí.. First time consuming Anglo 40k content, but I love it.
THE EMPEROR PROTECTS!! 💪😎💪
For the emperor’s origins, he shows scenes of his life to his custodians but you never know what is real with the emperor
Luiten is the primary lore guy you should be listening to.
There are other channels which are better for more focused lore. Like specific campaigns etc.
But over arching lore. Luiten is your guy.
27:12 a lot like the navigators from Dune
This lady likes 40K and Highlander....wow.
Megas XLR was right, Chicks do dig giant robots 😂
He is not The Emperor. He is a very naughty boy!
Leutien is a heretic. But i think he was loyal until his later videos. This is possibly my favorite video out of all his content. My second favorite was his inquisition series.
The emperor can change his appearance to anyone.
@@SarthorS then where did the first one originate?
His mind is the only thing keeping him alive.
I can relate 😭
Correction the emperor origin is not exactly revealed it's hinted at(Unless it has come even more new information)
When in like one of the first Horus Heresy books, Horus finds information that states the Emperor was born in Anatolia(modern land area of turkey). Specifically during the Persian empire.
Which doesn't exactly narrow it down that much as depends on what part of persian empire you talk about. It's either between 550 BC to it's fall by Alexander the great in 330 BC or up to 660 AD.
Yeah let’s gooooo for the glory for the Emperor.
Was I born 8 years ago?!?! I was in Mexico for my 30th lol. 3rd Edition (mid 90s) is when I learned about 40k!
Please react to Adeptus ridiculous podcast which includes Bricky. My number one recommendation for an episode is Trazyn the infinite. Its so hilarious.
“Yeah dad I’ll bet that fing nerd for you Woof woof woof!”
People keep saying they want to see my reaction to Adeptus Ridiculous, but I can't react to the whole thing obviously lol I'm listening to it on my own time when I can, but maybe I could react to "top 5 episodes" or something
@@ti8ick The Trazyn one is really worth it.
@@ti8ickI believe that's best honestly. Reacting to a podcast would be a little weird. But I'm curious, which episodes have you seen so far?
The Warp is the Internet, and Chaos is 4chan.
I thought Warrior Tier did a great video of the updated 40K timeline from the Necron perspective feat Trazyn the Infinite. Would definitely recommend
FOR THE EMPEROR OF MANKIND 🫲🫱 FOR THE EMPEROR PROJECTS 🫲🫱
Take your time of coursw but definitely get to all of leutins videos they are so good
I haven't even hit play yet, but I'm hyped for this one.
The Kirby comment about Slaanesh got me. That was good.
