All I'm gonna say is this..recently I've been trying to give bellator a chance..learning some new people.. watching some fights and u can clearly see the difference from UFC..most of these guys wouldn't beat a unranked fighter there..the skill level is so different

if you ask me he's a little chicken shit. the only reason he won was because of those leg kicks and that chokehold in the end. he's not a good puncher, often missing and landing soft punches, and bad at blocking at well. in the first 2 rounds taylor clearly got the most hits, and he wasn't even kicking. then james goes and acts like a big man and hot headed, too good to tap gloves. if he hadn't ended up in the chokehold side of the tackle, he very well could have lost to taylor.

Yes, I am fully aware this is MMA, I can read; that wasn't even my main point. I'm saying the dude didn't even get many hits in on Taylor, except for a few of his kicks and occasionally a punch or 2. The only reason he won was because he got lucky in the end when he got Taylor in a chokehold. If that had not happened, taylor most likely would have won because he was the one getting in the most hits.

Fighting can be about anything that drives you to step into a cage to fight another skilled human being. that can be patriotism, redemption from being bullied as a kid, representing martial arts as an art form or just pure competition. Take your pick. What you think a fighter should fight for really isnt for you to determine, nor myself. As an Irishman who followed the lead up to this fight I can tell you that Anthony Taylors comments were entirely in poor taste and disrespectful to our nation. How James behaved was warranted in my opinion.
