Because Suga and Tae tae both came from Daegu that's why Suga can understand him. They have a dialect from their town. It's so cute that Suga translate for Tae 💜

Tae is…ugh. He’s the sweetest, most pure, best human ever born. They don’t always understand him, but he is, in my opinion, the smartest one. He comes from a poor, simple background where material things and status didn’t matter. He has a strong Daegu dialect and sometimes words just happen to come out wrong. But the way his mind works is nothing short of genius. He thinks in a way no one else is capable of. Yoongi also somewhat has that, and he coincidentally has a lot of the same background. Yoongi gets him. Jimin doesn’t always understand but appreciates how unique he is. That’s why he’s Jimin’s alien. Namjoon appreciates his efforts and sees how smart he is. JK just loves him for who he is. Hobi is like the proud older brother who just wants to see him grow up right. Jin also has the inner child and he can really use that with Tae. He’s the most beautiful man on earth with the biggest heart and even bigger brain. I love him sm.

I just love tae to the moon and back and of course all of tannies, but just extra tiny teenie bit special for tae, apart from he’s the start of me knowing BTS, I can relate to him like in things like this. He loves looking cool and sometimes appears intimidating but he’s a sweetheart. Just like Jin’s epiphany says “not so perfect, but so beautiful”.

I watched this video maybe a week or two ago and I laughed so hard 😂😂
You should watch the video of Tae has many levels of intelligence if you haven't already. Great video and gets at how Tae sees things on a unique and deep level. I think also when his ideas come to him they are probably in Daegu dialect and then when he goes to share them tries switching it to Seoul. He seems to get nervous about sharing it correctly which probably also adds to the words sometimes getting mixed up. I love that Yoongi always gets what he means which again supports that it's probably a Daegu to Seoul translation conversion thing. Whatever it is, I love when Tae freely expresses himself and it's always worth my effort to understand what he's saying. You're right it is Tae's world and we live in it so we just have to work on being fluent in Tae language. All language came from someone inventing it, so Tae is just showing his creativity. Ult Bias from day 1 for a reason. He always amazes and captivates me with anything he does. Pure happy place. Thanks for a wonderful reaction.

Vs language skills is bad . He has a limited vocab, he struggles to communicate his thoughts . He is self conscious about it and does at times feel embarrassed when they laugh at him . He gets nervous when he has to do interviews because he does not know how to communicate , his brain freezes and then he forgets the words. He is a strange character but I love it , all his imperfections makes him perfect .
