The reason why the vocals were low on Lift Off was because you were listening to initial version of the album. Mike Dean, the mixer, mixed the album with one ear cause he bleed from the other at a Ye show. Years later Jay Z got the album remastered and it now sounds a lot better now. That’s My Bitch is different on the remastered and Illest Mothafucka Alive has the interlude at the beginning. Also the album ends on Why I Love You. The songs after are bonus tracks. IMA and HAM are a glimpse to the original version of the album. People didn’t like HAM so they went less European with the production I recommend that you listen to the GOOD Friday songs. Try to download it though cause YT has some bad versions. Ye has some of his best verses on there and the beats are also crazy. I seriously can’t recommend it enough
I know it’s not in order and it’s a long album but Donda is my top 3 favorite kanye albums and it’s such a heartfelt album and i wish he ended it there instead of going down the vultures route
I played this when it first came out for 8 hours straight on repeat I was on the road! It was my first time opening the cd 💿 I kept thinking I will put something different on, needless to say I never did.
Great vid man, really enjoy your reactions,I think you need to go on a jay z marathon starting with reasonable doubt & work your way up,you’ll call him the goat afterwards 😂
Kanye definitely has the best verses on the album. He has the best verses on the first 7 tracks. Jay z takes welcome to the jungle and who gon stop me now. Kanye takes murder to excellence and jays why I love you. JAY Z takes ham. Kanye takes primetime and joy. I think you just were surprised by Jay z. Good reaction tho
Murder to Excellence is the best track on the album imo. Best beat and great rapping from both artists. Can’t give you a number, but I think this album is hella underrated in his discography. Top half for sure.
I would rank this album in the lower half of Ye’s discography and imo it’s his 2nd best collab, in front of both Vultures and behind Kids See Ghosts. I think it’s mostly great but has a lot of unmemorable songs (Illest Mf Alive) and poorly aged tracks (Who Gon Stop Me).
For Jay-z i HEAVILY recommend listening to reasonable doubt, the blueprint, the black album, and 444 Watch the throne would probably rank 5th in Jay-z's discography for me
Good vídeo! I was like you and was sleeping on Jay Z but that changed last year. I recommend you start by making a video reacting to Blueprint or 4:44. Two classics
Idk if anyone else has said it yet but apparently the circus style music at the end of some of the tracks is supposed to signify the upcoming song being a bit less serious? Like taking photos “and now a silly one”. Although I don’t think there’s any concrete proof of that being the case
imo this is not kanyes best collab album and people will hate me for this since I have vultures 1 and ksg over this album but I still love this album so much, it gives me a nostalgic feeling of the early 2010s even tho I only listened to it first in 2017, fav song is why I love you
@@FlowetryMotion Just finished, loved the video and all your insights into it like always. Cant wait for the next upload and your reaction to Donda with the Deluxe songs (top 5 kanye for me)
Of course I've heard OF it, I've just never listened to the album. I only heard the singles Ni**as in Paris, Otis, No Church In The Wild, and Gotta Have It
To say someone is overrated but haven’t listened to the beginning of their discography, where they mainly made their name, just screams unwarranted jealousy and hate. He’s your favorite rappers, favorite rapper for a reason. Lol
Over the years I’ve heard a shit load of his Hits/ mainstream songs, I just never saw the vision through his hits in comparison to someone like lil Wayne’s hits, Eminem’s, Kendrick Lamar, Biggie, etc... Obviously I should’ve listened to his older albums but I thought I’ve heard enough of Jay to form that opinion but I was wrong. I knew he could rap I just couldn’t see (GOAT) status

the energy of this duo in this era was unmatched. pretty much any one of these could've been a single. insane.
Murder to excellence is so damn good. Kanye killed it with the heat and his lyrics
Definitely do Reasonable Doubt, Blueprint and Black Album
4:44 is a phenomenal album full of gems. Top 3 in Jays discography

Watch the mini documentary for this amazing album. its somewhere in the internet.
I played this when it first came out for 8 hours straight on repeat I was on the road! It was my first time opening the cd 💿 I kept thinking I will put something different on, needless to say I never did.
Some of the best written songs both Jay and Ye have ever put out.
Murder to Excellence gives me chills every time.
And ya, best collab album imo
Always love the vids, Best track in my opinion is Gotta Have it, I hope one day u react to cruel summer by good music, Some of the tracks are SO good
super hyped for channel orange
Why I love you is one of Kanye's best tracks. Such a fucking banger.
I was looking for this like 10 minutes before you posted it
Right on time! 🤣
@@FlowetryMotionI don’t know if I would say that anymore
@brendansworld5183 💀 facts. The timing is actually insane
Bro you don't know who Otis Redding is? Music legend and the main sample on that song. He has a lot of sampled vocals in hip hop
My music history is pretty trash tbh I needed to my research
Like you, I’m not the biggest Jay Z fan, but what he did on the back half of who gonna stop me was special
I felt the same way about Hov before I listened to his classics. Now I get it. He truly is number one for me.
Otis the best sample flip I’ve ever heard
Can’t wait to watch after work been waiting on this one
2012 class & a lot of albums that came out around 2008-14 changed my life forever. This album brings back so many memories, feels just like yesterday!
This is the collab album. Classic
new thumbnail pose goes crazy 😂love the vids
I love it when you say something like "damn, this is weird" then the beat does something REALLY weird 😂😂😂
Just found this channel a few days ago and now here we are and I'm early lol
Great vid man, really enjoy your reactions,I think you need to go on a jay z marathon starting with reasonable doubt & work your way up,you’ll call him the goat afterwards 😂
Murder To Excellence is my favourite
love to see how much you enjoy the beats
Been waitin on this one
Bro i was 2 in 11’ 😂
loving the reactions, good work man 🔥🔥🔥
This is my favorite collab album even tho people say this album is mid I still love it
Very few people call it Mid
You should definitely do the Kanye, Kid Cudi collab album Kids See Ghost.
Thank you for your good ears. I never understood why people said Kanye washed Jay-Z on this album😂 HOV🐐
Speaking of bars, jay z gonna be behind some soon
4:44 is a recent album by jay-z that's fire and really highlights his talents as a rapper
I had to throw a poll up 🤣
I appreciate you for watching! 🙏
Murder to Excellence is the best track on the album imo. Best beat and great rapping from both artists.
Can’t give you a number, but I think this album is hella underrated in his discography. Top half for sure.
Thank you for listening to this wow
The Cudi vocals are sprinkled throughout the album!
For the next Kanye album, please listen to Cruel Summer
There are videos on the making of the album, some pretty special stuff, Blades Of Glory Sample almost didnt make it in bc of how expensive it was!
Kane has 2 son’s now
You have to react to the black album by jay z!!! His best work IMO you’ll understand why he’s a goat 🐐
YESSSSSS CHANNEL ORANGE NEXT!!!! I expect blonde too at some point
Do the blue print from jay z you would love it. Jay rapping with kanye beats. Straight fire
I love homies 10+ year later critiques on this classic shit 😅. But honestly..that's kind of why I'm watching!🤪
Great stuff 👍🏼

If it wasn’t mentioned before
Cudi is on the outro of The Joy
For Jay-z i HEAVILY recommend listening to reasonable doubt, the blueprint, the black album, and 444
Watch the throne would probably rank 5th in Jay-z's discography for me
Gotta have a reaction to heroes and villains by metro! Very good album
You gotta react to melt my eyes see your future by Denzel one of the best albums of the 2020s I’ve heard so far

I was like you and was sleeping on Jay Z but that changed last year. I recommend you start by making a video reacting to Blueprint or 4:44. Two classics

😅 Ye said "I'm a freak.." and Mother Theresa here says "I know you are.."...💀💀
Your should listen to alone at prom by Tory lanez it’s like a 80s type of style
To say someone is overrated but haven’t listened to the beginning of their discography, where they mainly made their name, just screams unwarranted jealousy and hate. He’s your favorite rappers, favorite rapper for a reason. Lol
"screams unwarranted jealousy and hate." How do you figure that? lol That's a reach and a half
Do late registration
You have to listen the blueprint by jay-z it’s a masterpiece
Can’t wait for channel orange reaction
EARLYY
listen to donda 🙌🙌
Please please please listen to The Blueprint
How’s Jay overrated if you never heard all his music? 😂 🐐
