Thank god I'm not the only one. My lips don't have a super defining edge and whenever I go to it my lips look badly overlined even though they aren't... I just need to keep praying to the gods that by watching and rewatching Nikkie I'll be able to gain her incredible knowledge.
You should do half foundation lips and half bare lips on other lipstick swatches so that other people might see the difference in color when you have super pigmented lips or just bare lips in general versus a "blank slate" with foundation lips

You should try out Colourpop, their lippies and liquid lipsticks are really nice, great for the price, too.

I thought it was sold in SETS. I dont like nudes either. WAY too dark for my skin.
Ari Faith the matte ones are super drying, but if you put lip balm on like half an hour before you apply them, they're not dry. I hate the feeling of dry lips, and when I initially got the liquid lips I was disappointed, but trust me, moisturising before hand makes them work like a dream.
I have never bought any colourpop. I have heard some great things about the lip liners. Are they drying? Do they wear well? They certainly look creamy and beautiful when applied on camera. People compare to MAC.

Everyone is saying how similar they look. I think it's a skin tone thing! These would look drastically different on me as a WOC but pinky/beige/peachy/coral/brown nudes all look the same on me! I really feel like Queen Pat made this line with nudes for WOC in mind! Thats exciting that my fair friends can enjoy a deeper look and my chocolate girls have a true nude!
I mean all other companies have nudes that are extremely light, so I like that this company makes nudes for darker skin tones since the word "nude" is subjective

I adore that all of these are made with dark skin girls in mind. Typical nudes don't need to be concealer/kylie coloured to be a neutral (especially for dark skin in mind). I love it!
Many fair skinned women (and men) can't wear those concealar nudes too, makes me look dead. Give me a dark nude anytime.
Beauty by Ellora I never realized all lipsticks are like that until now lol. For some it's when I twist the top half it turns, bottom half it stays straight and vice versa.
