Kipruto Arap Kirwa was one of those who had been asked to vote for DP. So all knew that Kithure Kindiki was going to be the DP just to be shocked when they saw Riggy G coming in. He has talked about it in one of these talks. Arap Kirwa seems an ethical person. Not sure he can agree to work with Ruto again
