Which people are in need of roads, electricity, bursary etc-and the same people have said now they don't need those-just Reject -A messenger cannot tell the boss what to do.
There is duplicity of funds and services...why CDF bursaries, bursaries by County Governments, Bursaries by Women Reps, Bursaries by MCAs and there is school capitation that is never enough enabled by MPs so that they xan come in with "hongo-bursaries"!!...other services and funds are duplicated too...why not engage at the 2 levels of government and offer all services required and remove MPs from these funds
shame on MPs, this is not for Kenya but also to MPs in Africa who have betrayed their voters.
