Yes to lunch dates! Been with my guy for 11 yrs. Gym dates & lunch dates several times a week work best for our schedules so that’s how we roll. Ps I went to Aldi to grab that cranberry Orange bread because of u and 😋 yum !
I don't think you need to do a 12-week cut. I don't cut (nor bulk), but if I did, I'd rather do 2 smaller mini cuts (6 weeks) 'cause it's not like you're doing prep for a show. You don't need to be super lean. We see the muscle gains. Muscle density/gains still show while at a healthy body fat.
@iguessiwillworkout I agree, currently where I'm at a 12 week is way too long! May keep thriving in a build/maintenance & do a mini cut for the summer⛱️

No need to do cuts/bulk video's..just my opinion. Even though I watch them & enjoy the info. I don't do that, however I do reverse dieting every so often after losing 87lbs 5 yrs ago & this has helped me not gain any fat back. I do track periodically but I am in the club that food has no morality. I do try to pick healthy foods most days. No food for me is off limits as I do plan for these days. I do resistance training in my home..no gym membership. Also luv luv luv your vlogs & seeing your beautiful boys. Grocery hauls with a budget in mind sound interesting. Almost forgot when you give a talk to stay motivated etc & recipes. I am not on Instagram..just utube. Thanks for sharing your life with us.
Me again …. There are 3 leg presses at my gym. They are marked for how much weight the machine is without plates. One is 0… 2nd is 103lbs & 3rd is 140lbs ! My hack squat is also 75lbs before adding plates! So I agree, all machines are not equal
I'd like to see grocery videos with a budget goal. I know the $100 a week from 2018 is no longer practical, but maybe $175 or whatever is relevant. I'd like to see more challenge videos that are not bulk/cuts. I remember you did a mediterranean keto and 75 Hard. I like to see something similar, but relevant for you current lifestyle. Additionally, I'd like to see a week of intuitive eating during a maintenance or a build phase. I neither bulk nor cut and do not track. I just eat good and work out hard. I'd like to see you intuitively eat and see if it's different from what you'd eat when you'd track.
More shorter videos please keep it under 30 minutes. I'd rather have 2 short ones than 1 bigger one It would be great to have the videos at least 1 or 2 days behind instead of 3 or 4 days behind
