It's not a prank anymore. Gacha Modders (I'm one of them) are editing out the preset where you can add your character in Gacha Life / Club.

1: click on the person icon with the plus beside the customization tablet( where to make characters and remake )
2: Click on a oc you want to save or not use on the defaults
3: Now you can save the ones you won’t use and have more characters :D
