My better half and her mom just returned from visiting family & friends in Kyiv. The warm Southern Californian weather spoiled them, and they couldn't be more happy to be back. :-)

Spreading passports is just against international law independently if welcome or not. It is rather obvious that some Ukrainians are not in favour of their government (also short clips showing that exist, which are not suspicious of being just propaganda), but how significant their number is, is hard to say from outside. As long as Russia is using violence and terror, their number probably won't increase.
you are in kherson now?thats why no see you in odessa! my friands from cyprus visit kherson before 3 days. they told me about amasing barbeceu restoran in a central park. they dont speak russian so i dont know the name of the place. they like kherson,more green city than odessa. you dont miss a lot in odessa these days.only yesterday that it was holiday and sunday was busy street and people.
I enjoyed this one. Thanks. I visited Kherson a few years ago and it brought back memories. I visited the coast where you were. Very nice. You didn't mention the navy connection. Sailors everywhere due to it being a city where a lot of naval studies are done. 🙂

Yeah, it’s occupied for now … bad situation there, I talked to someone I know who’s there … supermarkets are empty and not medicine left, people are selling food out of the back of their cars, fortunately it’s an agricultural area so there’s no starvation yet …
