    What did she mean when she said that wheelchairs are expensive? Do people in America have to pay for wheelchairs etc. by theirselves?

      Insurance only covers maybe 60-80%. We have to pay.

      Insurance covers some but not all and they can be extremely resistant and difficult to work with
