Oh my God I only just noticed that it was Friday the 13th & the very first thing that popped into my head was “I wonder if Ryan is going to do a video about it” hahaha.
Evil Dead is one of the very few horror films were the star of the show isn't a monster but the main protagonist, a normal human. Nobody cares about humans in horror films except this one
Ash is unique in that he is the threat but there is stand out survivors still even if he is king. Ellen Ripley from Alien/s, Elvira, Dutch from the Predator, Mac Ready from the Thing and Erin from Your Next!.
A fun comic I love and have on display! Especially the J.Scott Campbell cover!!❤ Also, as far as adaptations onto films go, it's a shame it didn't happen. It's similar to how Capcom's Aliens vs Predator Arcade story didn't get adapted to screen as intended. 😢
I had to work today (on saturday the 14th) so I won't have to go to work on december 27th which is a friday. That's why today felt like Friday the 13th part 2 for me today. Happy holiday, guys!
God I hate the artwork of these comics and how barely they care about consistency or making the characters look faithful to the actors. In the thumbnail Ash looked like Taxi Driver-times Robert De Niro than Bruce Campbell.

The panel of Jason killing a person with a shopping kart is the nost “…and fuck you in particular” thing i’ve ever seen

It was actually a nice and fun video, I'll search for this comic to read someday, it's crazy but you made sound interesting
6:03 Hahahaha that’s hilarious, can’t believe they put that in the comic haha.
