Once you make it to the Black Jacket stage, you're sorted. You don't need to win anymore, because Ramsay will definitely give his own reference for them. Every Chef makes mistakes, he does it himself when cooking all the time as well. It's being able to make minimal mistakes, and repairing the damage as fast as possible. Earning the Black Jacket means you've reached that far.

Millie, Nick, and Meghan are like the dream team of hells kitchen, they work so damn well together. Almost reminds me of Petrozza, Christina, and Corey. Even when they got the black jackets and entered the red kitchen they were all still incredibly humble about things, unlike most teams who start yelling and getting hyperactive the moment they enter the other kitchen. The only one who deserved to join them was T.
I love them. Although I think Kori, Mary Lou, Corey and DeClan are the dream squad.

Wait staff are the unsung heroes of Hell's Kitchen. We never see it cuz the cameras are mostly on the kitchen during service, but the wait staff has to play mediator so many times. Just think about how many bad services there have been throughout all of Hell's Kitchen and how many angry customers venting their frustration at the waiters

This is said about every season I swear. Also how are they "insufferable"? Michelle was a little annoying and the bad people were eliminated fairly early.
This season had a lot of really talented chefs. All the black jackets, Michelle, T, and at times josh really knew what they were doing
EVERY SINGLE BLACK JACKET from this season was invited back in either S17 or S18, and aside from Josh and T, all of the returning S14 chefs (including one non-black jacket S14 chef who was called back) made it to black jackets AGAIN on their second runs
