Funny how Kusanagi didn't throw loop Xiaohai once til that last round, meanwhile Xiaohai did throw loops on him like prob a total of 15 times or even more, yet all ppl talk about is Kusanagi doing it to close out the set lol
people who complain about throw loops hate all throw loops. they focus on that part because it seems absurd to get hype over someone getting throwlooped 7 times in a row. no one is calling xiaohai's throwloops godlike
Everyone talked about Kusunagi throw looping but with acknowledgement of Xiaohai and practically everyone else int he tournament doing the same thing. It's a crappy shenanigans in the game that everyone still hates. Only the select few are trying to turn a blind eye to it. No one likes throw loops. It would have been nice if Capcom at least try to compromise if he must stay in the game but no one heard anything from capcom in regards to their plans on how to satisfy everyone.
I know. I dont understand Idoms logic. I didnt hear idom complain half as much in V and the first 3 years of SF5 were rough. SF6 is miles ahead in terms of vanilla balance. I wish players would constructively criticize and not just wine and make their community toxic towards the game
@@UhDewSea and then when people start mindlessly using the same talking points and shitting on the game, pros pull a surprised pikachu and start asking why is the community so toxic,
@@juliokazuki5185this isn't the take you think it is. SFV was literally miles better and took much more skill than SF6 does. I get you want to harp on early SFV but how about we talk about the last 4-5 years of V
Kusanagi had a great read against xiaohai tho, still broken ass mechanic take that shit off, capcom. Hes ballsy against cammy with full drive gauge and shit and not get shimmy until the very last interaction.
The reason is that parry exists. I dont like throw loops either but throws have to be good in a game with a party button. They aren't going anywhere anytime soon.
@@trippersigs2248 I don't buy that excuse Capcom hinted out at all. The game will play just as fine if throw loop was removed. There are tons of fighting games that feature characters that can both parry and counter-attack all throughout the game with ease and none of those games have throw loops. All throw loops allow is to allow more pressure on the opponent in a game that already feature tons and tons of guesses that need to made within a faction of a section. Don't listen and follow those garbage for no one followed it before until Throw loop came outta no where. Since Capcom wants throw loops so bad in the game just to satisfy those casuals out there then they least they could do is compromise by allowing a 2-3 throw loops limit. That's how you solve it so everyone can have their cake and eat it.
@@EAprimabro I'm not gonna lie I have no idea what you're actually trying to say. But, throw loops WILL continue to be in this game because of the universal defense mechanics. You can complain about it or learn to live with it 🤷♂️
@@trippersigs2248 Bro shut up with the PP excuse plz You would bait the PP and throw him anyway, if the opponent doesn`t do nothing, you still have the advantage.
@@juliokazuki5185 yeah exactly every single wakeup would be shimmy and watch for parry or tech, every single wakeup resets to neutral. Is that more fun than the game we have now where meaty and throw are viable options?
@@KI-Forschung ah, yes. You're correct. Let's cherrypick the only 3 characters in the game where Chun has a "throw loop". I'm French and watch Kusa play quite a lot. I can guarantee you he isn't random. Trust me 😂😂
Mashing Level 3 in minus frames tho after l. Hasho

This. I don't like throw loops personally, but if everyone else is doing it anyway, surely a Ryu player should be welcomed to play too.
bro he talked about xiaohai`s throw loop literally seconds before.
They shouldn't happen at all, who cares who's doing them. Looping throws should be reserved for specific grapplers
Hype tourny! Great to see a ryu headed to capcup. Now we just need that manon in there 👀

Looooove hearing Laura player cry about sf6.

Throw Looper 6. Was a hype set to watch tho. Really happy for Kusanagi
21:55 deserved it. Xiaohai ain't getting my sympathy, he abused em too. The SF6 giveth and the SF6 taketh. Win by the throw, die by the throw.

why are throw loops still in this game in season 2? There is no real reason as to why they should stay. Its not fun for players nor spectators

Cammy, Juri and Chun Li are throwloop queens, but it's an issue when Ryu does it?
Chun does not and has never had a throw loop in Street Fighter 6. Do you even play this game? lol
