Nah the STG is definitely good but when you hit a couple of shots to the legs the TTK drops down significantly unlike the MCW which is more consistent across the body.
I've been using the MCW Raven kit as my secondary gun for several months now. Second Line Mammoth Heavy barrel, XRK Handstop, 40 rd mag, and Spectre Microtherm optic. Can't stand the iron sights, and the thermal is great. I've also never understood this mentality of trying to cut down sprint to fire time. Why would you even be entering into firefights while sprinting unless you're hip firing within 5m? That's not general use enough to matter, and especially not for a non-smg. Just ADS and enjoy the 600ms TTK out to 23m and good ADS movement speed with this build, simple as.

You should consider using the no stock attachment on the superi instead of that grip, it's hella fun, and the recoil isn't really bad, because of the suppressor
Hey Tony, love your work as always. However, I THINK I've found a slight error with one of your data points (which may well have been sorted out soon anyway in light of the Superi nerf). But SH Games have said they've removed the Superi mid-range damage range so "min damage will now occur at 25.4m instead of 34.3m". Using the TGD comparison tool (amazing tool) ... the Superi mid-damage range shows on the graph at 31.5m instead of 25.4m (25.5m). Cheers bud. 👍 EDIT: I now realise it's only when selecting upper-arm chest. I might be totally mistaken about this whole thing if upper arm and chest only have different damage drop offs. I'm sure you will know the sketch 🙈
Does metagen take into account Firing Aim Stability and Idle Aim Sway? These two stats especially the former are very important when considering meta guns :)

How come when I run just fastest TTK in custom stat weight and then I put those same guns in the comparison tool, your #1 on metagen isn’t fastest TTK in comparison tool.
He explains in the video, some guns have slightly better ttk, but they didn't actually come out on top because they also have some caveats. Like, the STG has a faster chest ttk than the 3 top smgs of the video, but it has a terrible damage drop off when hitting the legs and its way slower in every comparable way, so this is why it isn't a meta close range gun.
I won’t be giving up my 46 just yet, the movement speed is just too good, and it’s ttk out to 25 metres is good enough 😉 I run the 20 mag as well has a 2sec reload
I still think the superi is just so much better than the static. Ttk is still faster and the movement is absolutely insane. Add in 1 headshot and static is better but the movement is still so much better on superi and that is huge
@@Drake23x23the chest ttk is, if you start taking averages the static may be better. With 1 headshot the static is better, with 2 the superi is better. You’d need 4 headshots for the static to overtake again, which is not common. Static is more forgiving with lower body as well
All smgs should have that. Hitting at least one headshot reduces ttk. Mw2 smgs in need of that and a bump to close range damage and their multipliers. Or just bump all mw2 damage multipliers around the chest, arm, and lower torso.

Honestly I don’t like your superi build I go full tac sprint speed with rescue 9 stock and bore 99 barrel then I use the paracord grip and either zhen or quartermaster and its been a killer build I dropped 33 the other night
Let’s be real here mate. The new SMG is the no1 due to being on the battle pass & activision take peoples money just to get it then nerf it. They’re scum. Such a shame there can’t be numerous competitive SMGs and ARs like verdansk days. It’s so boring now every battle pass it’s one AR and 1 SMG meta

The Spry 34 Light Stock doesn't allow rear grips to be fitted.

- Laser: Kimura RYL33 Laser
- Stock: LM Stockless Mod
- Magazine: 40 / 50 round mag (prefer 40)

Akimbo WSP Stinger and the pump shotties are also really good options for close range, can't extend their fights though

why not kimura ryl33 laser for tac stance build? it's -21% tac stance spread and improves ADS and sprint to fire speeds

static with short barrel and the movement speed stock gets your tac sprint to 7.7 m/s. sure still slower but really fast aswell

Superi built is a bit meh. Prefer the rescue stock and short barrell for the movement speed, and i flutter between high grain and phantom grip
