With everything I’ve seen I’d price the car around 12,500 in this condition now if it was in decent shape and didn’t have all the rust and just needed paint I could see it bringing mid to hi 20s
Even at $23k and needing some work, this is a great starter car for someone getting into the hobby.
I'm in love with that Tempest, Nick. I would take it straight to Brian's MotorSports shop and get all the small stuff fixed and corrected. Take it to the next level. Love Maple Motor's Mondays.

I'm a Pontiac guy I'm in my sixties I have 69 GTO unless somebody did somebody work and changed that tail light panel that is a GTO not a Tempest Tempest had different tail lights

I noticed that a lot of these old beasts with aluminum radiators do not have fan shroud i have worked on cars my life simple fix round rubber trash can or plastic cut to fit make bracket done

Well Nick, for this old girl has a lot of protentional, with TLC about 5K put back into her, you will see a car that is about 60 to 75 k with no problem. For the engine and trans is very nice, for the price that she is, and is ok. For the body is still there, for at 56 years old, she is still a nice car. No mater what.
Rewound to listen to that intro. Love it. What guitar you using on this and what amp/ speaker ? I use a Mesa Boogie Mark V 25. A lot to learn on that thing.
Well we switch it up a lot but a Gibson Les Paul on a Fender Twin I believe. We had it in a custom built inclosed box with insulation all the way around it to achieve that tone
