$950 for a double and its just foam... no springs.. not reversible...
Most other companies double foam mattress prices are from like $150 to max $350 for a foam mattress with no springs...
So your telling me that shitty thin layer of latex is worth $600 - $800.. RIP OFF!
I usually like supporting Aussie companies. Not when they try to make you eat a big bowl of shit while telling you its cornflakes.

      Hi Ainsley,
We don’t actually use Latex in our mattress at all, it’s an old-fashioned material and can also trap heat and lose its shape over time.
The Koala mattress is made in Australia using our own proprietary blend of modern, polyurethane foam.
We’re not trying to make anyone eat anything!
In fact, we offer every customer a risk-free trial to test the mattress at home for up to 120 nights.
We think this makes more sense than lying on a traditional spring mattress in a showroom for 5 mins then making a decision!
You’re right, our mattress isn’t reversible - it keeps it’s shape over time, and doesn’t need to be flipped. Each Koala mattress also comes with a 10 year warranty.

Let's not forget the fact that the mattress will sweat and go mouldy after a few months making the mattress unusable.

      Hi Alun,
Unless you’re living in an extremely damp and mouldy house, there isn’t any reason this would happen.
We use a foam that is an open cell structure, this sort of foam composition allows for plenty of ventilation. As long as you’re using a bed base that promotes airflow from underneath, your Koala will stay breathable, dry and cool to touch all year round. The Koala mattress also comes with a 10-year warranty and a 4 month sleep trial for everyone that purchases.

We’ve had our mattress for over 2 years now and it’s the same as the day we bought it.

That's why you get a mattress protector?

Good Lord man where do you live! We're in the top end with humidity like the armpit of God during wet season and our mattress is perfectly fabulous - as an added bonus it doesn't magically heat up (like every other matters we've had) and try to cook us in our sleep.
