Gingerbread House Recipe | Easy Gingerbread Nativity Scene

Christmas is my favorite time of the year and decorating a gingerbread house is definitely my kids' most favourite activity this season!
I try to make it special for them this year and more meaningful by designing one with a nativity scene in it, to remind them the reason of this important season.
Gingerbread Dough
+ Melted butter 113g
+ Corn Syrup 250g
+ Ginger powder 4-6 tsp
+ Cinnamon powder 4-6 tsp
+ Nutmeg powder 4-6 tsp
+ Brown Sugar 250g
+ Plain flour 6½ Cups
+ Milk 1 cup
Royal Icing
+ 4 Egg Whites
+ 4 Cups Icing Sugar
Sugarless Gingerbread cookies
+ 350g plain flour
+ 250g dates puree
+ 1 tbs cinnamon powder
+ 1 tbs ginger powder
+ 2 tbs dark cocoa powder
+ a pinch of salt
+ 100g melted butter
+ 1 large egg
