    Another great video. One of the best communicators and teachers on bass fishing on the net. After 50 years of mostly saltwater fishing I got into freshwater bass. There is so much to learn in this sport and Tyler is so informative and is fun to watch. In 50 years he will be the next Rolland Martin. Thanks man great work!

    I really appreciate your videos as I’m new to fishing. My oldest son began to express interest in it a few months ago so I picked it up along with him. We have only been a few times and haven’t caught many, but it’s been fun watching your channel to learn all we can.

    I used a crankbait the other day and I caught like 15 bass back to back from the bank. I also caught a bluegill 😂
    So apparently crankbait works good too during this time. I'll try swimbaits next time

    The company I work for sells a $hit ton of swim baits. Megabass, Keitech are by far the biggest numbers. We sell big numbers of Storm as well. My buddy and coworker won the Apex tour event at Folsom Lake on a 4.3 or 4.8 white Keitech. Curious to see what success everyone has this weekend at the Western Bass Shootout on the Sacramento Delta. Cool overnight temps and warm, bright sunny skies is going to make for a killer tournament!

    Nice informative video as always! I was wondering if you’ve ever used a tokyo rig? I got a few from VMC and was curious if you ever thought of making a video on it. I’ve seen people using for punching or as an alternative for a Texas rig. Thanks for helping countless people be better bass fisherman, keep doing what you do brother!

    Keep some Mend-it in the boat when throwing the Mag-draft. You can keep doing surgery on them till they straight up fall apart! Use Mend-it on the megabass eyes when they're new, and put a layer over them and you won't have missing eyeballs.

    Tyler, can you touch on something g in a future video? What to do when a fish CHOKES your jerk bait and how to remove the hook without killing the poor guy. Yes, this recently happened and I felt horrible about it. We release everything we catch and this one really stung. ☹️

    • @TylersReelFishing
      @TylersReelFishing  3 года назад

      You just have to learn the correct angles to take treble hooks out with pliars. Sometimes though, there’s nothing much you can do

    • @lrwilliams3160
      @lrwilliams3160 2 года назад

      Well a year later I’d recommend cutting the hook. Ken Smith had a video on items to have in your boat and the hook cutters were recommended I’ve used several times now saving several fish best of luck
