Tyler I love positive attitude towards fishing. I’m a native texan that currently lives in nj, still make it to Tx about once a year to fish , the rest of the year I’m trying to catch the jersey giants! Gigem man and have a blessed year
Another great video. One of the best communicators and teachers on bass fishing on the net. After 50 years of mostly saltwater fishing I got into freshwater bass. There is so much to learn in this sport and Tyler is so informative and is fun to watch. In 50 years he will be the next Rolland Martin. Thanks man great work!
I really appreciate your videos as I’m new to fishing. My oldest son began to express interest in it a few months ago so I picked it up along with him. We have only been a few times and haven’t caught many, but it’s been fun watching your channel to learn all we can.
As per usual, wonderful video and even better information from a great angler. Keep it up Tyler. Love your channel. Never change no matter how big you get.
I used a crankbait the other day and I caught like 15 bass back to back from the bank. I also caught a bluegill 😂 So apparently crankbait works good too during this time. I'll try swimbaits next time
My Brother in Christ, you have done some incredible thumbnails in your time on RUclips, but I got to tell you this is my favorite so far! 😂 Hope all is well buddy!
The company I work for sells a $hit ton of swim baits. Megabass, Keitech are by far the biggest numbers. We sell big numbers of Storm as well. My buddy and coworker won the Apex tour event at Folsom Lake on a 4.3 or 4.8 white Keitech. Curious to see what success everyone has this weekend at the Western Bass Shootout on the Sacramento Delta. Cool overnight temps and warm, bright sunny skies is going to make for a killer tournament!
Nice informative video as always! I was wondering if you’ve ever used a tokyo rig? I got a few from VMC and was curious if you ever thought of making a video on it. I’ve seen people using for punching or as an alternative for a Texas rig. Thanks for helping countless people be better bass fisherman, keep doing what you do brother!
Keep some Mend-it in the boat when throwing the Mag-draft. You can keep doing surgery on them till they straight up fall apart! Use Mend-it on the megabass eyes when they're new, and put a layer over them and you won't have missing eyeballs.
Every single thing that I talk about in my videos from a bass boat, can be applied to the bank. Literally none of my tips in this video just apply to bass boat owners
Tyler, can you touch on something g in a future video? What to do when a fish CHOKES your jerk bait and how to remove the hook without killing the poor guy. Yes, this recently happened and I felt horrible about it. We release everything we catch and this one really stung. ☹️
Well a year later I’d recommend cutting the hook. Ken Smith had a video on items to have in your boat and the hook cutters were recommended I’ve used several times now saving several fish best of luck
The lake I was on is called Brushy Creek Lake, and you can only access it through www.privatewaterfishing.com check it out!
thank you, I needed a new lake to fish!
I love how your putting the conditions of the day! Helps out a lot and kinda simplifys things for someone like me! Great vid Tyler!
I’ll keep trying to remember to do that then!

You’re getting closer to 200,000!!
I know!!
man, you keep impressing me with your knowledge and skill! keep it up! God Bless
Thanks Ben!
I have a huge pond that is 2 miles each way and it is 2ft deep at max and rifles with stumps pads and reeds and bull rushes this'll work great
Sheeesh cover some water haha
Gonna give some of these tips a try. I usually wait till it's warmer out but I wanna get on some fish earlier this year.
Love the thumbnail 😂😂
Good haha!

We just got the boat back up and running and I can't wait to whip the swimbait around for a giant! Awesome video as always man!!!
Thanks so much!!
The only dislikes were from Bass. Also, my favorite swimbait is the Berkley Prerigged Swim Shad in Perch color. It is amazing!
“Let’s stinkin talk about it” (Quote of 2021)
Yeet
Good video! Keep them coming.
How u dont have a million subs is beyond me
Share my videos with all your friends and I will get there in no time!
Caught me some nice ones in Allatoona Lake off a swim bait on Sunday after church. 9 bass total, about 13lbs of fish, it was a good day!
Nice!!
I have 40 and 65 lb braid. Which one would you recommend? I usually fish lowland reservoirs and ponds with around 3-6 feet of visibility. Thanks

I have not used it very often. The one time that I did, my hook up ratio was not very good
Ok I need some advice for out in your neck of the woods I’m heading out there Thursday
You better come take me with you Elliott! 😄
Imagine, you’re laying in bed and see a hot cheeto dangling and then you’re yanked out of bed 😂

Lets Go!!
Hi. I loved the video!
Fish catch for the intro catches my attention.
Good!
Do you need a boat to fish there ? I’m a beginner and need spots for fishing in Dallas dfw
Love the vids!!!! Your an amazing angler!!!
Great video T
Thanks!
Hi Tyler! What line and rod would you recommend for the 8 inch magdraft?
At least a 7’6” H. I don’t throw the 8in though
Thank you for the great content again
Of course!
Would you personally throw the under-spin style swimbait on a MH fast type rod or a softer more moderate action rod?
Fast. Just set the hook slower
What's up notification squad!!
Howdy!
Owner makes the flashy swimmer
Ahh yes
Great video. I just wish I could afford a bass boat like you so I could relate.
Every single thing that I talk about in my videos from a bass boat, can be applied to the bank. Literally none of my tips in this video just apply to bass boat owners
100% and keep the great content coming!Still wished I could afford a bass boat, though :(
GAWSSSH!
Yesterday I was using a weight less KVD swimmin caffeine shad , caught my Pb of 6 1/2
That’s awesome!
@@TylersReelFishing thanks!!
Hello I'm fishing the MLF amateur tournament at lk mead on april ant tips
Hey can you please do a no barb fishing challenge or maybe tell some else that might do it
No, I like barbs
You got flashy swimmer from tactical bassin
No, I got it from Owner

You just have to learn the correct angles to take treble hooks out with pliars. Sometimes though, there’s nothing much you can do
Well a year later I’d recommend cutting the hook. Ken Smith had a video on items to have in your boat and the hook cutters were recommended I’ve used several times now saving several fish best of luck
Good eaten.....Good vid...🤙🙏
What if my lake has small bait fish, what should I sub in for the big swimbait? Or should I even sub it out?
Keep throwing a big swimbait
Nice
Can you make a video on how to cast a baitcaster im trying to learn and I really suck at it
ruclips.net/video/W5mqb9K1UKE/видео.html
Thank you
*sad Spotted Bass noises*
Spotted bass annihilate bigger swimbaits. Don’t sleep on em
I’m early
Does a stripped bass not count?
Nope
Fun fact: peacock bass are not actually bass. They’re in the cichlid family
That is a very fun fact
tbh i dont think even tyler could catch a bass at my local pond rn
I could. Don’t doubt me
@@TylersReelFishing come over to the toughest pond in Cali tyler. hopfully the legend himself can come thru lol
Bro really thinks he couldn’t
💀💀💀 Tyler could probably catch a bass in a rain filled pothole. Why you doubting the king of bass fishing???
Digging the info. Need to come here and do some river/swamp videos.
