Thank you for your coverage. One thing I wish is that you guys who cover launches would quit talking at least 30 seconds before launch and dont start talking again until 45 seconds after launch. Thats what SPACEX does in their coverage and its really nice to hear the tower chatter and launch cadence from Spacex. Thank you.
Amen! While I love WAI content, their talking over the SpaceX feed during the actual launch is so annoying I've stopped watching their launch coverage.
As someone who has witnessed the 1st man in space to the 1st man on the moon, the 1st space station, shuttle series and now the smoothest launch I've ever seen. This restores my faith that we WILL make it to Mars before 2100. Hopefully, before 2069 which would be a great milestone.
I could only understand about half of what the gentleman was saying. I think it's the speed at which he talks and tends to run words together. I meant this to be constructive criticism. I am thankful for another successful launch.
Honestly, cutting off spacex WHILE they're talking.... I don't even understand what you're thinking. Don't cut SpaceX audio off, then you can stop talking when they talk, start talking only when they aren't talking. This isn't about you... ffs so frustrating to watch.
Okay, I just have to say this: OP, why not watch it on another channel if it annoyed you? You wasted time getting annoyed instead of enjoying the launch on another stream. But you stayed here and you posted. issuing your demands on what he should do. It's the WAI Channel. Not your channel. We got a great second view of the launch, thanks to the WAI camera on site. And all you do is complain and demand. It's not about you.
"Launching early Tuesday atop a Falcon 9 rocket, the spacecraft will ascend to 870 miles above Earth's surface before descending to a cruising orbit about 435 miles above Earth." 210km is only 130 miles. Can`t wait to see views from the max altitude.
Totally agree William. We don't need a commentary of things we are already seeing on screen, or at least not repeated. Also as you say, please don't talk over spaceX commentary as they seem to know what they are talking about and also how to relay that information........urm, yeah!
Love the news updates and how those videos go out. This last stream on a launch... should be studied and disected. This is literally what not to do. Way too much talking, some stuff, if you keep up, repeatative. I'd honestly consider just giving spacex the views and stuff at this point when it comes to lauches, minus felix doing it.
Hey brother can hear you loud and clear, but I can't understand you. I think you talking too fast. Your accent is jumbling what your saying. But everything else is great. Keep up the good work.😊
Commendable space walk! I only have one Q, in that how is this any better than Alexie Leonov's first ever human space walk in 1965, 60 years ago? in fact Alexie got out and moved way beyond his craft. But here they barely came out. Again, I'm not understanding their feat, but I need to understand how this "walk" is unique. In fact some astronauts have floated untethered going some 100 feet or so away 🤷🏼♂️. Please explain.
On the Starship booster catch. I think the chopsticks are too long. the torque of catching the booster will be immense, but the chopsticks are a type of lever. and every inch from the side of the tower the booster is when caught will vastly amplify the amount of stress on the tower and chopsticks. I think thst is why tower 2’s choostick are so much shorter than tower 1’s.
yes that is exactly why tower 2 is shorter, but no one said when using tower 1 they are going to use the full length, the extra length was for more margin of error in the booster position, it will no doubt be landing at the same planned distance out from the tower on t1 as it would on t2, unless it gets it wrong.....in which case the extra length will hopefully save the booster until they can fine tune the landing algorithm to be exactly on the nail and then they may even shorten t1's arms. all speculation, lets just all hope for a great catch!
FELIX Wake up man please no more inexperienced winging it ( The guy tryed but was less than we have come to expect from WAI sorry pal) but great coverage
Jonathan, when Spacex is talking, you should be silent. Learn to stop talking when the mission specialists and Spacex commentators are talking. You ruined this launch for me, and I'm leaving this channel to go watch the Spacex feed. Not cool Jonathon. Not cool at all.
At 29min in vid the half screen means nothing. At 31 min your face over rocket when you could have moved you to bottom right... just have situational awareness when making vids. Rewatch and act like you are a viewer, it will help make YOU better.
Don’t worry about the public speaking experts in the chat. They couldn’t do your job. I could not livestream in German. You did a great job. I like the ’Ums’ :) it means you are thinking about what to say. You are knowledgeable and you did an awesome job.

The Thumbs up from Scott just before max Q was awesome and honestly impressive. What a great launch.

@@roddo1955 I did watch it on another channel.
Also he sounds annoyingly nervous as he speaks....

I had NO idea booster rocket had 3 engines. Never thought about it. Thanks Johnathan 😊
Great Job

Wow! Stop talking already. Don’t get me wrong, I love WAI.
Jonathan needs to shush more. The stream isn't about Jonathan. Don't talk over spacex. Don't over explain. Jesus. That was a 2/10 stream honestly.
Hi im Leka frm Tanzania, East Africa
Love the Port Canaveral view at the end with the Falcon 9 booster on the dock. Looks like it's right across from Gator's 🤔😁😎🍹🌴🍹🚀🌴🚀
The split screen is very confusing. Don't want to see a person and other unrelated material. Want to see the progress of the launch, etc.
So disappointing. Missed the actual commentary from Space X.
Go watch the spacex streaming. Problem solved 😅
@@theegodelpozo I did not know where to find that. :-(
My goodness are people really this dumb?
@TonyMcCartney it's quite easy to find. A quick Google search led me to a link to the stream. On X.
Nice work but practice not saying 'um' every 5 seconds.
Now that you mention it, I can't watch it lol😂

*Spoiler alert* Great launch!
Woo-hoo what a launch.
Why the capsule and the 2nd Stage flight the opposite direction of start direction ? When there was a roll- manoeuvre ???
Well so not just a space walk , makes senses to get more band with faster data transfer long as the line of sights is good ,
Why would you pull up bullshit statistics or some thing exactly when the damn rocket launches talk about wasting peoples time. No offense, just sucked
Come Back Felix all is forgiven oh my god
