    材料ingredients
    - 12 粒蚝干/蚝豉 (洗干净后浸泡1小时,剪小块)
    12 dried oysters (clean and soak for 1 hour, cut into small pieces)
    - 4大粒干贝 (洗干净后浸泡1小时,轻轻压)
    4 dried scallops (clean and soak for 1 hour, lightly press)
    - 200-300g 肉碎 200-300g minced pork
    *腌制酱料 :胡椒粉,2茶匙玉米粉,半茶匙盐, 1茶匙酱清, 1茶匙左口鱼粉, 1茶匙麻油
    *season with dash of white pepper, 2 tsp corn flour, half tsp salt, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp fish flounder powder, 1 tsp sesame oil)
    - 2杯日本米 2 cup of Japanese rice
    高汤 Soup stock (煲至少30分钟 boil minimum 30 mins)
    - 半只鸡骨 half chicken bone
    - 1把江鱼仔 (洗干净,去头去尾)handful of anchovies (clean and remove the head)
    - 几片姜片 few ginger slices
    点缀 garnish
    - 咸蛋 Salted egg
    - 皮蛋 Century egg
    - 青葱 Spring onion
    - 蒜油 fried garlic with oil
