Namashkar aapko. Shwas dhyan se Mera man kafi shant ho jata hai. Magar 15-20 minutes ke baad mujhe Manipur chakra m teekha sa dard hone lg jata h. Mai scans bhi zor se n leti hoon , kya is dard ke sath continue karte rwhena chahiye,koi blockage hai jiski karan dard hota h? Ya Mera tarika galat hoga? Marg darshan kare. Ho sake to jawab hindi mei likhen.
Pranaam Yogeshji, I have a question still mind or no mind, no breath is still a state.Does that lead to Enlightenment?? My question is do meditations help in Enlightenment? Other than consciously sitting for meditation every act in daily life is a direct pointer to the presence that we all are.Sometimes feel we are always in meditation only as this presence in the back ground cannot not be n the foreground of actions/thoughts/feelings go on endlessly perpetuating a separate personhood localised in the body.But this presence is open and welcomes any and every thing.Just a silent but a conscious spectator not involved in any of the acts.These are observed here. Although the world comes at me not very keen in judgement,strategising,commenting or interpreting.Allow them.On some occassions when deeply abiding in presence the body n mind dissappear n an open doorway of presence alone is experienced with eyes open.Am i hallucinating..?? Please guide me. With deep regards,

That's good, infact deeper meaning of this meditation is to reach to a point of no mind and no breath.
