- Today we are going to review one of our favourite budget 35mm analog point and shoot cameras: the Olympus AF-1 / Infinity. When it was released in 1984 it was the first fully automatic waterproof camera. In this video we will be talking about the positives and negatives. Also we will show our favorite photos that we took with this camera.

Should have brought this earlier. Prices are insane right now
Hey! Was wondering should I press the focus lock button every single time? Or how does it works? Thanks
hi, how does this compare to the cult famous stylus epic?
This camera was outshined by modern Olympus Stylus Epic but it’s definitely a slept on gem. Good video & realistic review!
This or the Canon af35m?
Just to point it out, the Olympus Mju series is pronounced as M'YOU , not me-joo ;) Good content nonetheless! Keep it up!
what are the key differences with olympus AF-1 compared to Olympus MJU 1 do you know?
nice video, i love the af1 works great with tmax400...can you please tell me which film did you use to take those beautiful photos?
You just compared a f/2.8 lens to an f/11 throw away lens?
What battery does this camera take ?
Major OOPS! It's "weatherproof", NOT "waterproof"! In fact, it was the very first "weatherproof" camera ever! (I warned my bosses at Olympus that the term would be easily misunderstood, but did they listen?? Naw!) That means (when new) that you could splash it with water, but NOT immerse it! (But given it's age, I would be cautious -- the seals may have become compromised over the decades.)
My favourite ever day carry with colour negative film.
thank you for this video! i just got this camera today and i'm excited to go shoot with it :)))
Love the video. Just got my AF-1 and am excited to see the results I'm on my 3 roll now.
This is very useful to me and please keep on doing it!
Is it true that the flash cant be turned off?
Nice Vid! Quick question, could you do a video on a super version of this camera and a tutorial on how to use it?
