  • Come hit legs with me at the gym!!! Had a killer leg workout with a biggggg emphasis on GLUTESSS :)
    HI EVERYONE! Welcome back to another video! If you're new here, WELCOME! If you're coming back for more, THANK YOU! :) Let's hit legs together!!
    It seemed only right to add in a vlogmas leggie (my computer autocorrected that to veggie btw) day since last year's vlogmas had a leg day. Switching things up this year and posting videos from the gym instead of my home gym. It is way too cold to be outside in my garage. NO THANK YOU!
    Workout below!!
    - barbell hip thrusts 4 sets of 10
    (increased weight for set 2 & 3)
    - lying hammy curls 3 sets of 10
    (switch to single leg)
    - dumbbell sumo squats 4 sets of 10
    - banded side steps 4 sets AMRAP
    After this I got super hungry and tired and left LOL. Guess working out at 6pm isn't the BEST move in the world, yeh?
