HOW I EAT VEGAN WHILE TRAVELING / vlogmas day 6!!!

I did some grocery shopping for vegan food while I am traveling for work!! See how I get my protein in and eat vegan while I travel :)

Today's video is a grocery haul showing you how I eat vegan while traveling!!!! It is definitely hard to prioritize nutrition when traveling vegan, because so many places don't have vegan friendly food-- I did a Trader Joe's run and got some protein packed foods to ensure I get all my healthy stuff in while away.
If where you're traveling doesn't have a Trader Joes, you can still find alot of these items in your normal grocery :) Especially the salad stuff, impossible meat, and hummus. Don't forget protein bars for on the go snacks!
