RANDOM DAY (in my work life) | vlogmas day 8!!!! a truly random vlog

Enjoy a very RANDOM day in my work life where I truly did absolutely nothing of importance, but made sure to video all of it for you. :) I did manage to record me making a yummy vegan dinner!

Today's video is a very, very, very random vlog of me doing quite literally nothing important, but hey, day 8 of vlogmas is a go!!!! I do walk you through a very delicious vegan salad and I take you on a walk during my work day. All great things right?
I am officially at 360 subscribers and I can't believe it. I couldn't do this without you and hope you always find comfort in my crazy, weird videos.
Ingredients for my vegan salad!!!! This is a super easy meal to have while traveling. All ingredients came from Trader Joe's but you can buy them at any grocery TBH.
- Impossible Nuggets
- Kale
- Shredded Carrots
- Artichokes
- Vegan Dill Dressing
A very simple, but protein packed meal :)
