Thank you for this video. I kind of got into a slump for a short time but this video is definitely put things back into perspective and I'm going to start over again tomorrow. And that's the wonderful thing is you could always start over again on whatever journey you're working on. Say Hi to rocky for me.

You are so very welcome. Self care is real important.
I will say hi to Rocky when I see him next. I had him out earlier this evening. He was trying to figure out where the mango was. But I hadn't got it yet. He was searching everywhere. eheheheheh I put him back so I could give it to him.

Even though I don't suffer from any physical disabilities, I can definitely relate in some way with mental issues. Life isn't easy. Now starting with my adult life, more issues started to appear on my path. I still don't have things figured out, but I think I'll manage to go forward, somehow. You truly are an inspiration. You are a strong man, and life didn't treat you very well, but here you are, still going and keeping a positive mindset. I don't personally know you, but it's clear that you put a lot of effort everyday.
Btw, I come from your Twitch channel, I'm Chloe (calzoncillos)! :)

I still really like the idea of Spoon Theory. I wake up and I determine how many spoons I have and then long ago determined how many spoons it would probably take to get each activity completed. So taking a shower that's out so I have to take baths. And that cost a certain number of spoons so I know when I'm running out of spoons I'm probably also about to crash and that helps me to avoid injury. I absolutely hate having limitations. I've hated it for as long as I've been disabled. But I'm so disabled I can't think clearly all the time because of the pain. There's also the double pain and then the triple pain. But I still have to manage living all by myself doing everything alone and had for many years now been taking care of my roommate as well. She's in the hospital right now and I way overdid it taking care of her before she ended up in the hospital. I haven't been able to sleep since and it's been 11 days now so I'm getting an hour here and an hour there and I really can't seem to get the energy up to do the things that I like to do. I found that in my head I had my mind separated and constantly living with my roommate in the hospital while my body was just here going through the motions. I just realized that about a half an hour ago and I'm trying to fully flesh out what that means. Sorry for such a long comment but thank you for the video. What is it that initially caused you pain in your legs and ankles? I deal with a super rare blood clot disorder that destroyed the veins in my legs. The pain is unbearable even with painkillers

The blood stopped flowing to my left hip when I was 2 years old. The lack of medical knowledge and understanding meant well meaning doctors did more harm than good. I am 45 years old.
No problem about the long comment. The video is for people to think and try to improve themselves. Just go a day at a time.
