Sorry. Nalito ako with the question. It was indeed St. Augustine who constructed the saying "I am doubting, therefore I am". However, it was Rene Descartes who said, "I think therefore, I am". 😊 Hope this clarifies. ☺️

I wonder if Rene Descartes knew what St. Augustine said or historians probably reconstructed his (St. Augustine) idea kaya parang same lang kinalabasan. Ang galing lang po na kahit we are unique as a oneself, ang dami pa rin similarities and same thinking/thoughts kahit di natin napapansin. Goodnight Ma'am!

Perspective means "view". I guess, what your instructor is asking is what is your Philosophical view of the Self. How DO YOU define the self.
