Another anecdote: I’ve been eating animal-based for 10 months and my testosterone is also off the charts (literally exceeds the reference range), brain fog is completely gone, energy levels and blood sugar are stable, and gut health much better I was lacto-vegetarian for 15 years before this, and cooking my own food with whole ingredients. I felt fine before, but definitely better now
@@joemaliancitizen8279 I mix it up quite a lot but usually Breakfast is eggs, raw milk and fruit. Sometimes beef sausage or rarely bacon. For lunch I'll eat around a pound of ground beef with either rice or sweet potato + raw milk + fruit. Then for dinner it's usually a steak with squash or other fruits. Thank you man, appreciate your support and good luck on your journey! For health stuff I always found this quote to be impactful, because It describes the slow but continual effort of something paying off. "Everything that is great in life is the product of slow growth; the newer, and greater, and higher, and nobler the work, the slower is its growth, the surer is its lasting success. Mushrooms attain their full power in a night; oaks require decades. A fad lives its life in a few weeks; a philosophy lives through generations and centuries. If you are sure you are right, do not let the voice of the world, or of friends, or of family swerve you for a moment from your purpose.” - William G Jordan
I grow all my fruits n veg in my garden. Along with a good amount of carb sources like potato and corn. (Sweet potato make a great ground cover and vine for trellis, and the whole plant is highly nutritious) Also use my own compost from food and yard scraps. I go to the local market to get wild meat/fish. None of that meat from tortured animals who live in filth and don’t see daylight like in the majority of modern farms. Wild animals are healthy animals. Just like fruits n veg can lack nutrients so can the animals we eat. High quality food is a high quality life. Animal products are also proven to have much worse effects if it’s poor quality compared to poor quality non animal products. It is much harder to find high quality and truly ethical animal products nowadays compared to non animal products. Especially in America. Even in developing countries animals are treated with dignity and respect. Cattle are the lifeblood of many villages and are their flesh is only consumed in times of extreme desperation. All in all, you can be healthy being plant based, animal based, vegan, whatever. Plants and animals that were treated with care and empathy during their time on this planet rewards the planet and us much more. Those two things are starting to become rare in this modern age. Empathy for all life can solve almost any problem going on in the world right now
I agree that the source of your food is so much more important than people realize, but I disagree that you can be healthy while being vegan, or at least not as healthy as people following a balanced diet or animal based diet. You would need to eat a crazy amount of heirloom produce just to match the nutrients that you can get from animal based products because of the bioavailability, which is not possible to do because it's too much food and too much fiber. Plus the quality and micronutrients of vegetables are going down even if you select heirloom or local so it is impossible to meet your nutrient goals from plants alone. Vegetarians or plant based, maaaaaybe, but I believe you can only be at your healthiest following a balanced diet rich in high quality animal foods and plant foods. I get that wasn't the point of your comment but I just wanted to expand on that.
You're so right! I actually had a long segment in the video talking on this but I cut it out cause it was making the video too long haha. But yes the quality of your food sourcing is SO important for so many reasons.
In fact meat will kill You earlier. At least this guy was smart enough to not go carnivore and completely destroy his body yet. Lets be real here. All serious studies show that less carbs = lower life span
Yeah do it. Eat eggs, raw milk, beef, raw honey, raw butter, papayas, and pineapple that is my diet and I feel amazing. I eat them eggs and meat raw too that’s more preferable but it’s eccentric.
Hey Cade! A question about mushrooms: I've been drinking raw milk and have been eating (what feels like) a metric ton of eggs every day for the last months. It's been great, I feel really good and energised but I still have problems feeling satiated... I'd like to eat beef but here in the Netherlands it's just too expensive to afford good quality red meat. As an alternative I've been trying to eat mushrooms. I feel that it is doing my body well but have no science backing me up. I also have trouble finding good studies on the subject. Do you perhaps have some insight on the topic? Or others for that matter? Love to hear it.
I've been doing a vegetarian diet with raw milk and fruit for spiritualy reasons but I've found I am bloated, have more brain fog, and I don't feel satiated which has lead to binge eating sugary processed food, I'm going to incorporate red meat again.
do you eat fatty meat and fat on its own as well or does the addition of fruits (so glucose as energy) mean you dont consume as much fat as you would say on a carnivore diet?
Great video, thanks for sharing! There are so many things to fix in my diet, and I’m not financial stable enough to be able to afford really good meat right now. But it was still inspirational. I can make some small changes, at least! You mentioned fruits and vegetables losing nutritional content. Do you know why this is? How can we find fruits and veg that still have more nutritional value?
There’s a number of reasons for this but the main is soil quality and our soil loosing nutrients. Buying organic or local fruits / vegetables is your best bet for nutrient density
Yes, I have an issue with needles. I cant help it lol. But I get blood work done once a year, but I would more often If i didn't pass out every time... haha But all my markers are really good, Test and Vitamin D usually very high (T 800-1K)
wow, never thought id say this bad you just became a role model in my life seeing where you came from and and youve changed your life through diet is so inspirational
Aye thanks man! This means a lot! It's truly powerful what good health can do for someone. Something that resonated with me was Seneca's writings on living a "long" life. And how we have the fears of mortals yet live like we're immortal, and if we swapped those ways of thinking, our lives would drastically improve. "Life is long enough, and a sufficiently generous amount has been given to us for the highest achievements if it were all well invested." - Seneca Health is the most important thing that you could focus on, because it benefits every part of your life. Your current or future kids, your friends, your spouse, your job, etc. Every part of your life and the people in it, benefit the healthier you are.
Don’t eat them. They contain phytic acid which binds important minerals your body really needs like zinc, iron, calcium, and magnesium all important for bone and brain health. Don’t eat them.
They aren't part of the animal based diet, but I'd say that you can consume it regardless of what Animal Based folks say, I mean do it in moderation, soak them if you can. Or try to avoid the most harmful of them, which are the ones highest in physic acid and PUFAs, for example macadamia nuts are probably fine.
Off topic question, but what are your thoughts on the D&D Shikibuton on amazon? I've been eyeballing it for awhile now and contemplating pulling the trigger on it. Anybody that has any information please teach me!

I am reaching my 50 age and trying to increase my testosterone...but when I cut carbs too much I feel tired and also my weight goes down real fast which I do not want and sometimes get constipation..also recently I tried raw milk a1 but it did not help...but now with sheep cheese and sheep yogurt a2 I feel great!
Moderate amounts of carbs on an animal based diet is amazing for thyroid function and hormones I have very high testosterone with deep voice etc... on 40% carbs, 40% fats and 20% proteins
