- Hi! We wanted to sit down and have an open discussion with you guys about why our channel has changed over the past few years, as well as answer other questions you guys might have. We chat about If Link Could Talk, Nintendo and our feelings about them, what you can expect from us in the future, etc. Hopefully this will be the last "update" of this nature for a long time :D Thanks for watching and/or listening!

Sorry this video is grossly long, it's from a live stream. But we wanted to have an open discussion with you guys so that we don't have to bore you with another open discussion like this! Wash some dishes or do some yoga and give this a listen :)

If you guys want to keep doing Nintendo content, I'd definitely be up for you guys covering older Nintendo games if that interests you! Reviews, discussions, skits, whatever really. I'm not sure how much the algorithm would like that, but... you'd have at least one viewer!
Either way though, don't worry about the drought! I can't often make livestreams, but I'll still be here whenever you guys have the drive to make a new video. Take your time! :)

I'm like 1 minute in but I want to say I do love if Link could talk but its you guys I love. It's your humor and creativity. If you did videos like those on any other game, I'd be happy. I love the series because of how funny you guys are.

I'm up for older Nintendo games, but if you want to expand to other consoles and brands then that's completely fine, I love to see storyline explored and brought out to it's best through you guys.

"My head is not in the gaming world". This. This hits hard because it's also happening to me. Literally the only two game franchises that I still like playing from time to time are Super Mario and Legend of Zelda. I hate how industrialised the gaming world has become. Gone is creativity and fun for most games imho. It's great that you guys are being honest with this and it's something that I can heavily relate to. It's important to take a break from this sort of stuff if your heart isn't in it and to focus on new endeavors! You guys are very creative and I hope to see new types of content from you in the future, I know it will be cosmic
I'm totally cool with this! I watch a few RUclipsrs with "terrible" upload schedules, like Seth Everman, but that doesn't matter because the content is so good that it's worth the wait. It just makes that excitement of "ooh they finally uploaded again!" much higher. I'll try to make livestreams, and I'll still be semi-active in Discord (because everyone knows my Discord experience is very on and off lol) and whenever you decide to make a new video, I'll be there! Plus, Andres, I think it's super cool that you're pursuing a career as an actor! I'll have to go see all the stuff you're in!

I actually agree with Miyamoto in the whole story aspect of gaming. Imo i could care less about story based games wich is why i dnt care about playstation. Gameplay has always been it for me. Obviously i know somy is successful for a reason and deff caters to all who love those types of games they are just not for me

I agree 100%. I couldn't wait to play Skyward Sword again. I made it half way through, cut it off and turned my PS5 back on. Ghost of Tsushima is a good one too James.
He's played that and if I'm correct, I believe he really loved it haha. I actually love Skyward Sword though! I've heard some criticism about the camera, but as a whole it's probably one of my favorite Zelda games.

One thing I heard and hope was a mistranslation was Miyamoto saying he doesn't play a lot of games unless he made it, because that'd be crazy considering him being picky when it came to Breath of the Wild being too complex when all he wanted to do was "climb trees"

@@EricksonGaming Yeah you should definitely check it out. Is not ground breaking story telling but is definitely a story and it's very atmospheric... who knows if you like you could do a If Samus Could Talk lmfao
My favorite in the series is Metroid: Samus Returns
If you still have a Wii U definitely check out Metroid: Fusion and Metroid: Zero Mission

The Switch has completely killed my interest in Nintendo, the only good Nintendo games on Switch are either remakes or ports. The hardware itself also sucks, the controllers are uncomfortable, break too easily, and are overpriced. I think it's my last console I'll ever buy, or at least in a long time. Think I'll just stick to PC games.
