As someone too young to vote, its frustrating there’s not much I can do to help. So the only thing I can do, is better myself now, and educate myself now, so that when I can vote and get a job I can help that much more.

Brilliant! I’m so happy you were there to speak on the behalf of the majority of USA citizens. I’m a homeschooling stay at home mother of 2 children and my husband just bought us a brand new home! Only by the grace, glory and favor of GOD. BUT, we have made many, many sacrifices in order to reach that dream. We still struggle financially but, GOD is our provider and we lack nothing. Thank you Charlie for advocating for us. We attend radiant church in surprise Arizona and are doing great things for the kingdom of GOD! Come visit us sometime

What Charlie is saying is true! I see it all around me with the younger generation. It's sad to see how these young adults can't buy a home. I've never seen it this out of reach for them. Trump will do all in his power to help them. It's one of the problems he's dedicated to resolve. I want to see them own homes like all previous generations were able to do. Outstanding, sir! I'm 36 years old and working a blue collar job in the hvac industry, I started out making 13.25/hr. I busted my butt for my wife and 3 children to achieve a 105k /yr salary and I live paycheck to paycheck with no ability to save for vacation or buy a new car or boat to fish with my children. My salary now is no different then when I made 13.25 an hr this has to stop!!!

We are a single income family. I make just enough to keep us fed and comfortable. We bought a double this year, priced at 200k, and only won the bid because my wife wrote a letter and showed we weren’t an investment group. Given the circumstances we are grateful, however 10 years ago, this lot would have been worth half of that.

I had 5 major spine surgeries (NOT outpatient laminectomies) in my 30’s due to a drunk hitting me on my moto, so I missed the post-recession window when all my friends bought homes. I make the same as they do, but my wife is upset that we have to suffer a 2br/1bth luxury apartment 2 blocks from an OC beach, as we’re surrounded by multi-million $$ properties that 5x’d since 2005, while incomes sure haven’t!
We’re wildly grateful for our 4yr old daughter & pray to afford a sibling!
You drove a motorcycle?? Bad move for a married man with kids! I was driving a 93 Lincoln town car. Which I bought used in 1996 and had a 92 mustang I bought new which my last gf in 2000 was driving initially. When she got pregnant with my child I decided to buy a house in 2002 before she had the baby and bought her a new expedition in 2003 to protect her and the baby afterwards when driving. The fools driving now a days requires a solid car or suv!! I never was into motor cycles overall however I did rent a scooter when visiting Bermuda so that was the only time I drove anything like a motorcycle! I took a spill with the scooter unfortunately on a sandy section of highway, plus scrapped up while there. So no more 2 wheelers for me lol! My feeling is gasoline is a small price to pay for a 5500 lb suv wrapped around us! Knock on wood, I still have that expedition with 315K miles, I bought another used one same year with 165k on it . Both very solid with great engine and transmissions !
