I can tell you where all those poses are from. Barf one and two are from both episodes one and two. Different stages of throwing up. The stretch is from ep 2, and neutral would be one that is well, neutral, likely used before or adjusted.
I assume it will come out at October or November because the Haunted house would fit for Halloween maybe...
