I’d like to imagine that when she came to the circus she didn’t come with a comedy mask and her sad mask is her actual face. I’d also imagine that she can put on other masks like an angry mask and become angry.

you are right that she came in with her sad mask but she probably also came in with the happy one as in glitchx gooseworx said that sadness was her true emotion so thats why my theory doesn't make much sense because gooseworx herself said that gangles true emotion is sadness

The gangle plush actually has a 3rd mask which is a taped up happy mask, is it fore shadowing something ?

I`m afraid not, because 1. Gangles happy masks are fragile and 2. Gooseworx (source needed) posted an image of Gangle stading in front of a mirror with taped up masks, while not cannon (source needed), this does mean that Gangle might tape up her masks once in a while. One way or another that is not foreshadowing something

yes, Gooseworx said that the sad mask was her true motion so it is likely that she only has those 2 masks
