this is my favorite spot to watch from at the track. I was there while the sun came up at the 24 last year, it was just incredible.

Seems like IMSA could let the LMP2's turn up their motors a tad, to make it a little easier to get by the GT3's on some parts of the track.
Maybe add some power (around 600hp) and take some downforce away so they’re still slower than the GTPs?
