I have skin issues as well and I a older guy. I've found in my opinion it's mostly connected to what I eat, hydration, stress and sleep. Drink lots of water until your P is clear, stay away from sugar, dairy and wheat products. Exercise and really be picky on eating. I eat same thing everyday or I flare up. Steamed vegetable, rice and fishy, chicken or beef. No pork and nothing fried.

A good dermatologist and allergist is needed first. I'm glad he knows the foods and drinks that trigger his breakouts. His back acne is severe and only a dr. should be treating it. An esthetician can only do so much for him. I hope he's consistent with the at home care because it's so important. Marco is in the right direction and I'm praying he gets the help he needs. Everyone deserves healthy skin.

Jaccea was the most requested Cosmetic Consultant out of all 3 Georgia Dermatology Partners locations. They would come from all over just to consult with her or get a second opinion. I honestly felt like she knew more than the actual doctors. I worked front the call center so I know…The doctors would refer their patients to consult with her. This lady is extremely educated beauty n brains she knows her stuff! She’s helped so many people. I love this for her she deserves it.😊🧡
After watching this Marco needs to see a dermatologist and allergist imo. She may be good at surface skin care but he needs a dr. that will get to the root of his acne. His back is severe and needs to be treated as such. I heard her state that she's 23 years old so obviously she doesn't have a lot of experience in skincare. She would be someone he could go to after his skin has healed.

However we’re taking a more natural approach first because medicine is not the only way. Marco is in great hands. Chill on me love cause you under every post with nothing but negative things to say.

Taught me to make sure I wash my hair and sleep with a new pillow case everyday and keep a fresh du rag when I go to sleep. Marco thanks for being real. I have never dealt with skin issues but I know it’s a huge insecurity for many people. Diet, lots of water, adequate rest and good skin care will do wonders for you. Side note, you can get your protein from vegetables as well. I’ve been a vegetarian for about 8 years.

I got real bad skin also! my acne comes and goes and my pores are open too. And I’m a female, I’m so glad that I seen this video because now I can go to her as well I’m in Atlanta also. It’s been really hard for me because of the acne I’m always thinking 🤔 of what people say about me. I was told that people with acne. Their liver does not clean their body properly, and they need to take things like burdock root dandelion root to help them, clean their body. I had acne and I detox aka took laxatives once a week for a month, exfoliated twice a week, and used natural products like castor oil , grapeseed oil , almond oils and my skin clears in weeks. Oh, The Ordinary glycolic acid after washing gave my skin life.

@@tinacameroncaitlyn973that’s a myth. Castor oil has anti inflammatory properties as well as antibacterial properties. It’s absolutely great for acne prone skin. I used to have horrible breakouts until I started using castor oil after my skincare routine at night. My dermatologist actually recommended it because it’s non-cosmogenic, which means it doesn’t clog pores. It helps reduce sebum by balancing out the over production on your skin as well.
Marco! Do a water fast & then juice fresh organic fruits and veggies then smoothies then salads but keep them colorful and add fruit ❤

I love seeing Marco being vulnerable and bringing us along on his skin care journey. I also have indented scars on my cheek area, and it is so debilitating in a way. It makes you so self concious. Every person you are around you tend to look at their skin and wish you had the smooth skin that the next person has....i stopped wearing makeup because it actually doesnt cover it, its always brought the scars out even more

Hey Marco! I had severe cystic acne most of my life until I tried spironolactone pills prescribed… I had tried it ALL before but this is the only medication that ever completely cleared my skin. Also ASAP gel (colloidal silver) treats infection on the skin. In order to get to the core issue it’s gotta be dealt with internally as well as externally. Clindamycin solution, use in conjunction with the other products. Salicylic acid face wash to help smooth out the bumpy texture. Cereve lotion moisturizer. Consistency is key and I’m praying for you!

I think she can help him on the outer skin for sure and I hope the cleansing products help as well but I believe he needs a dermatologist too. Especially for the back acne. I had very mild back acne and used benzoyl peroxide which cleared it up but Marco may need something else because his is severe. I'm praying he gets the right treatments to clear everything up because everyone should have healthy skin

Marco is really handsome. I appreciate him being about his skin journey. I’ve had skin issues for about 3/4 and it’s got a lot better. Acne can really mess up your self esteem and I like how he doesn’t let him get him down.
I was typing Marco needed Accutane and then they brought it up. Although it does have some serious side effects, Minocycline or Doxycycline will help. Definitely allergy testing, and his diet, and drinking water can make a huge difference. Shoutout to him for transparency.
