That's really cool! I used to spend hours digging through boxes of random parts to make things work. I am a little worried about whether the 3 bolts on the front would eventually punch through the metal at the top, but if it does, who cares, just throw a thicker plate under there. I have an old Kia too and I just replaced all my body mount bushings with worn out roller blade wheels, and they work great. And I'm old enough that I should know better. I love hacking things because I know that I have something unique.
gargantanard I was worried about that also!! But we’ve jumped this car! And that was the first thing I checked!! No issues yet! But I will keep you posted if a failure occurs!
It does work I have jumped this car and it did not brake!!! So it is a good idea and I will be haveinv a ranger on this channel soon! To learn how to drive stick and I will prob put the same lift on it!!!
That car is done for I got stuck in a puddle and blew the motor well it cracked the block but it worked and drove fine for years it works very good and it comfy
