Firstly, thank you so much for all the valuable teachings. Consider: =GROUPBY(HSTACK(Country,Segment),Sales,HSTACK(COUNTA,SUM)). The COUNT inside HSTACK simply does the counting of "Sales" What I really want it to do, is to count "Segment" That way, I will know that there are 20 Channel P in Canada. This having used =GROUPBY(HSTACK(Country,Segment),Segment,COUNTA).
The possibility of using more than one function (with HSTACK) is the key here. It didn't work when I done it last week, but I'll give it another try! Thx

I noticed one thing , if you are using multiple columns , then you should use them from Left to right , you cannot use selective column , also selecting columns from Right to left does not properly works...
