Nothing like day drinking cold beer on a sunny afternoon with good food, too! Looks delicious! Buy one get one beer and slice is a great deal for happy hour.
Is the area safe for two ladies to navigate alone? Last visit when we left Fremont, daylight around 4pm, the further we got toward container park we encountered a different atmosphere. We just turned around and went back to Fremont.

Looks like that place is a winner. Folding the pizza is the proper way to eat a NY Style Pizza, especially the big individual slices. When my family moved from NYC to SF, back in the mid-70's, everyone in SF kept asking me why I kept folding my pizza as back then, the SF pizza culture was knife and fork because even with thin crust, the toppings were not finely minced like NY, but was in big chunks so a flopping drooping pizza was gonna lose a substantial amounts of toppings to the table, lap, or floor. But fortunately enough New Yorkers have spread out here that pizza folding and eating it hand held has caught on. As I explained to my future wife and the girlfriend before her when I was dating and eating pizza, we New Yorkers are just smarter and more practical from learning to not lose food when walking about while eating street food, especially pizza by the slice.
@@bestfoodreviewroadtrip7612 I’m a native New Yorker so trust me when I tell you this. Never order pineapple on your pie lol. It’s not even offered on the menu. You’ll be pegged for a tourist for sure😆 If you’re at a pizzeria where they offer individual slices, you ask for a slice. Make a stop at Katz’s Deli too.
When my daughter and I were running all over Manhattan for modeling interviews we stayed in Brooklyn. We ate in both cities. In Brooklyn we had sausage/cheese stuffed rice balls that were breaded and deep fried. Oh so yummy. Both cities had great thin crust large pizzas.
Is The Art District downtown near Main Street? With the tomatoes you also get lycopene. There is no Manhattan Style Pizza as opposed to Brooklyn style Pizza. It all comes under New York Style Pizza. I've looked up pizza places in Las Vegas. They have Detroit style pizza in Las Vegas. Some restaurants are moving away from stem glasses for wine. Just don't heat up your wine. Ah, Ellis Island t-shirt. My wife would love pistachio cream cannoli. Not a fan of Las Vegas Blvd or of Freemont St.
That's an awful thing to say 😮 okay, I just finished the video. Danny wasn't even brought up. For what reason did you? Anyway, thanks for the video guys. Food looked awesome 😃💜
That salad looked fantastic. Love the 1970s London style hat, Amy.
It was all really good!
Hat season is here for both of us now 🙌
I'm really into Arts districts and love trying cannoli. Looks like a fun time. Great video!
It was so good!!!
Love the Arts District, beer, food, fun , thanks for the video, Good Pie on my list next visit
We hope you enjoy it!

We were a little too early for the special but that probably slowed us down! 😆
The food is fantastic. I've been there twice when I went to Vegas last time.❤
We're glad we finally tried it
I had to go back the beginning and ck Amy's eye's just to make sure...🪨ed😊 and loved the hat..Pizza looked so good.
😆
No
She's the only person in Oregon who didn't partake.
She keeps taking her glasses off and can't see
Made us hungry and wanting to come to Vegas!
We'll see you both soon!
They're different pizza styles in NYC. I should know. I lived there the majority of my life
We look forward to visiting again and trying them out
That looks good! You both are groovy with your hats!
Thank you!!!
Miss you lady
Did Amy say April?
Food looked great. Made me hungry.
Hmmm
There are several brewpubs in that area as well. All worth a stop in.
They just opened a location in Henderson that opened on Sunday. They actually import their water from. New York
Wow! That makes sense
Able Baker is a nice local brewery in the arts district… worth checking out.
Thanks for the recommendation
As always, love the content. Speaking of Art District have you folks tried Letty's? I love it. Not fancy, only a few tables but always busy.
Not yet! Sounds great
And thank you!
Nice intro
Thanks
We're experimenting

Container park is lovely! Our next review covers one of their places so watch and decide if it's worth the transition
Looks like that place is a winner.

😆 we'll never try to school a New Yorker about pizza!!!
Thank you for sharing your story ❤️
Good Pie is good, but I think Pizza Rock is better. Can’t go wrong with either though as both are delicious.
We want to try Pizza Rock soon!!
@@bestfoodreviewroadtrip7612 It's so good.
There is no Manhattan style pizza in NY. Lots of great pizzerias there.
We can't wait to go back

We didn't even make it to Brooklyn and can't wait to go back!

The area is between the Strat and Fremont neighborhood
Thanks for the NY pizza info!
@@bestfoodreviewroadtrip7612 The Area between the Strat and Fremont is huge.
ive been in the arts district, high strip prices not on the strip...so so in my opinion and after dark down there its a bit sketch
You two have a problem
We don't frequent the Arts District as it reminds us a lot of places in Oregon so not as dazzled
overpriced
Vegas pricing is steep
You are great don’t make the mistake to hang out with Danny the metic , he is a bottom feeder
F......... Little d the MEDIC HEAD 😂
