He HAD a merch store, until a few months ago, when Represent sold out to Cameo. Since then, he hasn't had time to get everything re-arranged for the new setup. When he did his Young Rippa (For Canon's Sake) podcast with Eric July, not long back, he mentioned that he would be working on that, in order to get his stuff back into action.. I really love your reactions, Josh. This one has been no different. I've also really been enjoying Jess' (do you call him Jess, or Jesse?) reactions, as well. He seems to be enjoying himself, also. 😀

He has made 2 but only 1 is the metal cover (it will say so), and the other is the original folk ballad. You would like both, but the metal cover is classic Dan and not to be missed.

Yes I was listening to one of his "Ask Dan" videos again, yesterday. He mentioned there, that people have asked him how he learns all of the lyrics seemingly so easily. He said that mostly, he sings the ones that he has liked, and therefore already learned the lyrics while singing along with other artists. Then when he gets to the point where he decides to make a cover of the song, he already knows not only the lyrics, but exactly how to present it. That's a pretty good strategy. The way he said it, I'm thinking that he didn't PLAN it that way. He just has the knack for picking up melodies, words, and styles, quite easily. Not everyone could do it that way.

What it is, is the ever-growing "nation" of Dan Vasc lovers, who stick together like glue. The ones who have been with him for most of his RUclips career began the term, way, way back when. When I first started heading down into the rabbit hole, I found that a LOT. The way it always was used, back then (and which I have mimicked) was, "Hail VascNation!" The "hail" was to the other members who were all commenting on the same videos. The "VascNation" as all one word is significant. Sometimes the phrase, "Welcome to VascNation" has been used, when talking to new reactors or new people "on the streets," per se. It represents a group of people making a SINGLE entity...not like (for instance) The United States, with all of its different parts, but more like when we just say, "The States," as a united entity that has no need for the extra word. So when you say, "Hail VascNation," you are saying, "Hi there!" or, "HELLO there!" to everyone else in the comments who are there for DAN. Lately, I've noticed that newcomers who haven't understood that, and they have just been throwing the TWO words, in quotes, around, as in, "Vasc Nation!" That's more like a battle cry, and that's good, also, but it's not what I was seeing a year ago, when "Amazing Grace" was so beautifully presented to a whole NEW part of...VascNation.

He said, a little over a month ago, now, that he's working on getting it rearranged, but he hasn't had a lot of time to put into it. It has to be completely reorganized. He said not to worry. It WILL get done. 😀
