Have a little hot chocolate moment either at home or out, like Grace did. It's an amazing pick-me-up. Also, a Christmas day walk is essential for spirits, and treat yourself to a nice meal at home. I recently also got my hair done at the same place! Dry cuts are so better, the way your hair naturally sits is best I also put up my fringe like that, even though I requested face framing style 😂

As you spend so much time in London and especially at Christmas I thought you might want to try a walking tour, based on the comment you made. I have done a walking tour of the Christmas lights in London by a company called free tours by foot, so you leave a tip at the end based on how much you think it is worth or how much you have, but it’s always a good time, and they go around Bond Street, regent street, carnaby street and Covent Garden while talking about the history of Christmas and the parts of London and why the lights are what they are, would highly recommend!

I have to be honest -- I saw the headline and thought, "Han Solo? Napoleon Solo? What's going on?"

I understand how spin class can be boring. On this side of the Pond we ride bicycles on the roads. Dodging the good 'ol boys in their giant pickup trucks will really get your heart racing. Great workout!
High intensity exercise isn’t great for the female body anyways. I’d stick to the Pilates.
