MEAL PLAN
THURSDAY - Parents’ Evening Hot dogs and nibbles for the kids. Mark cooking for us.
FRIDAY - Kids eating at Grandma and Gramps’s house - freezer dive for us.
SATURDAY - Sweet & Sour Chicken with rice and prawn crackers for the kids. Pork Udon noodles for us.
SUNDAY - Mother’s Day
MONDAY - Quiche, beans and new potatoes
TUESDAY - Stan’s birthday!
WEDNESDAY - Homemade pizza night - Margherita, pepperoni, and potato and rosemary.

I'm a 35 year-old mum of three, who lives in Cheshire, in the UK, and this is my small part of the online world, where I share parts of my life - whether that's the day-to-day stuff, motherhood, recipes, or all that other stuff that makes me, me. I'm married to Mark, who is honestly my best mate, and we have three children, Bill, Daisy and Stanley, and they seem to be growing up so darn fast these days. We have a golden retriever called Merlin, and two cats called Romeo and Elsa and...hang on, this is sounding a bit like a kid's essay at school isn't it? Sorry about that! I have the tendency to ramble a bit. Life did not go to plan for me, but I am very grateful for that, otherwise I wouldn't be where I am today.
As for this channel, you might find everything from food videos, clothing hauls, home updates, vlogs now and again, and some topics close to my heart, such as coparenting, mental health, hearing loss and Stickler Syndrome too. I am a very average mum, but I try my absolute best at whatever I do, and hopefully you enjoy following along!

Hi l was wondering if you could help me. I have tried the alpro barista coconut milk when l saw you used it and love it but do the other milks froth up like the alpro one does or is it just because it's the barista one. Hope this makes sense as l can't always get the barista one. Love your videos. ,😄❤️
Hi I just wanted to jump on to say I find the dairy alternative milks that aren’t the barista ones don’t froth up as much as the barista ones!
I agree the others don’t froth as much still nice though but if your looking for a creamier, frothy then I’d go for the barista ☕️
