Twin 64s sound great!!
Great flight, Enjoyed watching.
Glad you enjoyed it
If I wasn’t already a subscriber, this video would make me one. Good video. Smooth landings.
Awesome, thank you!
Absolutely a beautiful looking a awesome Flying EDFJet. I'm so Jealous. I just bought a Viper 70mm 15th Anniversary. Waiting to Maiden it soon. Thanks for replying to my wish to see this without the ordinance on it. Sooooo sweeeet.! ❤
Thanks so much!! Keep those wings perfectly level with the Viper on landing, those long wings will tip quick if your not careful.
@FatGuyFliesRC will do. Thanks for the advice. Much appreciated. Is it best you use rudder & keep wings level with full flaps down on landing approach? 🤔 I usually make a wide sweep to make my approach and keep wings level and then slow her down . That's how I fly my Cirrus SR22T and my 64mm Banshee EDFJet. I wish this ESC had reverse thrust. Grrrr.
Is there an Afterburner kit that would fit this beautiful jet?
I may have then in the future but this is a Arrows Promo plane and I dont mod them with out permission.
@@FatGuyFliesRC Roger that
Why do you do lower expo on jets. Aren’t they more sensitive on control surfaces? Seems like you would go the other way around
I want a quick response but I also have learned (bitterley) to make VERY small corrections when flying. especially a jet , it take very little to drastically change a jets attitude that why the ailerons and other control surfaces tend to be smaller on jets, due to the speeds involved. HOWEVER here is the main reason I do smaller expo, in case of an issue I need a quicker response because my control surfaces are smaller. With larger control surfaces like in a cub more mass is moving in the air for that control surface so a slower or softer response is needed to keep the plane from being to jerky in flight. I hope this did make it as clear as mud for you. Basically the bigger the control surface the more expo is needed. At least this has been my experience over the years.
Now like a 3d guy will fly will little to no expo because he wants quick to immediate control surface movement because he wants a quick response on a big surface, you would not want that in a scale plane like a cub. But with a jet it is tricky, you need the added response quickness to get out of trouble but also at those speeds you want to be easy on the control surfaces. you can get out of control quick! Sorry but with jets it is just more intuitive and more about the feel of that jet. Yet another reason JETS are NOT for beginners.
How come your the only person flying at the field
I am lucky...lol nO i just prefer to fly either at sun up or the late evening . Both of these times the club is normally vacant.
@FatGuyFliesRC That's awesome, nice to have the field to yourself. Where is that field
