It’s so easy to forget that despite fighting everyday that we still haven’t seen Knuckle use a nen ability. Hes just been straight up fighting him with his fists/feet only while Gon has been using his nen ability.

What a pleasant surprise.
What I like about this particular episode is the graph that Bisky shows to Killua.
That Graph applies to any part of life that has any level of competition.
Sometimes a much weaker combatant can come out on top if the much stronger opponent is in a bad condition or the circumstances are favourable to the weaker combatant. It's an incredible bit of wisdom. And this show has many useful lessons. Another one I like to remember is from the exam arc, where Gon learns how to catch a bird. His conclusion is to pick a moment when his prey is focused on something else and is thus 100% predictable in its movement. Very clever.
The only person who mentioned the other Zoldyck sibling was the tour guide to the Zoldyck estate. She says there are 5 Zoldyck siblings. We only met 4 so far. [Happened during Chapter 39? or Episode 22?]

Small correction about the Zoldyck family photograph; he wasn't holding anyone's hand. The closest thing is Kalluto holding onto Kikyo's dress.
I wouldn't reduce Knuckle's win here to pure luck on the same level as Genthru tripping. There were 2 reasons Gon even got that close. One was because of Knuckle's overconfidence (similarly to how the fight with Hisoka played out). Knuckle says that Paper is Gon's final attack. My read of that is that he thinks Gon will not have enough aura to do anything else that could threaten him, so he just bats away the paper to teach Gon the lesson that his Jajanken attacks have a huge variability in strength. It's more of a psychological play than a tactical one (similarly to how Gon uses Ren to destroy Gido's tops instead of dodging them).
The second reason was Knuckle didn't recognize that Gon would use ALL his aura in the fight to the point he'd black out. He was surprised Gon was able to charge up even that amount for the failed jajanken. So I think Knuckle won because he correctly intuited the amount of aura Gon would have left, and he was focused more on teaching than fighting, which gave Gon the opportunity to get as "close" to winning as he did. But still, I would say Knuckle won because he correctly identified the state Gon was in through his subconscious battle experience, and not thanks to pure luck.
If I were to enumerate it, I would say Knuckle intuited Gon to have 1500 aura usable w/o passing out, and that Jajanken takes 2000 aura. Gon probably had around 1900 left, so Knuckle was shitting bricks when he felt the Jajanken charging almost to completion. I'm not saying he was actively calculating all this during the battle because he was clearly surprised by Gon's actions, but I do think subconsciously he understood this to be the situation.

It's not the photo he's referencing, in a chapter they showed the silhouettes of every Zoldyck member and in that one, he was holding hands with other member.
